The Workshop Vegetarian Cafe

This place is absolutely one of the most attractive place to eat in the region. Always when I come there I am incredibly happy. They preserve their very high level service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You always win with this place. Warmly recommended.

I've enjoyed everything at the workshop so far but today was the first time I had the Tokyo ramen bowl. I was blown away by the rich, smooth and complex layers of the broth. After drinking the broth, the finish on the palate is exquisite with long lasting depths of flavor in your mouth. I'm amazed that they extracted so much flavor out of the vegetables for the broth. The summary of this review is: get their to-go bowls, but don't get their dessert. I was really excited to come here, but ended up being too full from my bento box at Tama to get their made-to-order food. I ended up just getting a bunch of desserts and a pre-made farro power bowl for the next day. The bowl was amazing (my mom can vouch for that), but the desserts were pricey and just not good (sorry).
