Finding a gem like The Yard is such a treat - genuine people, fair prices, authentic pub ambiance. Will try the nachos next time if the Quesadilla was a standard (huge, healthy and delicious)! Recommended.
Stopped in on the way to the airport. They weren't kidding when they were saying the best in the city quesadillas. They were surprisingly spectacular. Service was great and the beer was cold.
We were trying to find a quick pet-friendly patio to get a bite between flights and we had only a few hours. We passed by The Yard and thought 'Meh - this will do'.
Wow - not only were the drinks reasonably priced and the place full of friendly locals but the server was incredible!!! She was efficient, friendly, helpful and was also responsible for cooking for the whole place behind the bar.
