The cashier was very rude when my friend asked if the mini donuts were vegan. She made an ugly face and said “I don’t know”. And the iced coffee was overpriced and bad.
For firing purposes, the cashier was latina, brown hair, and started speaking spanish with the other lady kind of making fun of us and saying “this is not a restaurant”. Careful girl, lots of people speak spanish lol

I’ve ordered the sockeye salmon burger and the crushed lemonade, both were delicious. There is plenty of parking, places to seat and shade. Bathrooms are available too. I great stop during my bike ride along the seawall.

With so few opportunities for refreshment on a ride or very long walk along the sea wall, Third Beach Concession is an oasis. The food items looked pretty good, but I'd walked a long way from the Beaver Pond and the home made popsicles were a salvation. The gelato looked really good as well. Wish I'd stayed longer for a 2nd course.
Stooped here for a coffee and to enjoy the views, coffee and food was good, view was amazing, there was plenty of parking as well.

Overpriced. Onion rings a rip off. Kfc rings are way better and just a fraction of the cost. Fish tacos were alright. Burger patties were dry. Beach looked and smelled dirty. Not many shaded areas to sit for families.
