Nothing on my order this morning was toasted. Raw bagel and english muffin. Wasnt busy at all so not sure why
I really miss the old manager, Manpreet, who understood customer service well. Unfortunately, the current manager (Prabh) needs serious improvement when it comes to attitude and behavior towards customers. Recently, my coworker ordered the wrong drink for me. When I returned to the store to politely explain the situation and get the correct drink (not to return the coffee, but to show proof of purchase from just a few minutes prior), the interaction was far from pleasant.
On a positive note, I’d like to highlight that trainee Daman is doing an excellent job. He always greets customers with a smile and a positive attitude, which is a refreshing change. Daman’s professionalism and customer service skills are, in fact, better than those of the current manager.
Tim's has just lost me a customer. I'm done with this franchise. You guys have 1001 menu items now from fiesta bowls to steak sandwiches and your poor staff is bogged down trying to make all these obscure items, meanwhile the customers are backed up waiting. Tim's used to be about coffee and donuts. Simple & efficent. Now they suck at just about everything they offer.
Thanks Burger King, for ruining one of the few things Canadian.

I have been in this Tim’s kerrisdale on numerous occasions. One of the slowest I have ever seen. It is not uncommon to have 4 people sitting down and 7-8 people in a lineup. I have come in for a 1-1 on several occasions and it takes 15 minutes.
