The staff here are friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be for management, as this is a high traffic area with lots of workers and tourists, and not enough people working. (As someone who used to work at Tim Hortons, they needed at least another 50% more staff.)
Ordered a crispy chicken wrap and got slow cooked chicken wrap instead.
Vancouver is a very diverse city, but there's no diversity amongst the staff here? Why is that? No. Really. I know you can see this, so answer the question.

The staff here all seem depressed. They have no sense of urgency. I wonder if the owner doesn't treat them very well. Also it is odd to me that every single person who works here is of the same ethnic background. Vancouver is a diverse city and yet there is no diversity in their staffing? Is the owner taking advantage of the TFW program? Is that why they are all depressed?
I ordered vanica iced coffee but i received dark coffe with full of ice cubes
Staff seemed unorganised, which created a long queue to order. I feel like the long queue could've been avoided if staff were more organised with roles, but most of the staff there were just cluelessly walking around/ doing nothing, looking disinterested. However, the iced latte I got was nice, and I enjoyed it, but I'm turned off by the lack of organisation, and wished that the ordering process was more smooth.

I had to wait over 20minutes just to order an Iced Capp. This happened during busy hours, and there were only few staff members handling everything. It was clear they were overwhelmed, but they also looked uninterested and tired — like they didn’t even want to be there. Why does Tim Hortons keep such low staff during rush hours? Terrible planning and even worse customer service. Very disappointing experience

We stopped by Tim Hortons around 4 p.m. and picked up a box of donuts — and I have to say, I was seriously disappointed. Maybe they’d been sitting out all day, but they were dry, stale, and completely underwhelming. Honestly, packaged donuts would’ve been better.
I’ll admit I’m spoiled coming from the land of Krispy Kreme, where the donuts are warm, soft, and fresh out of the fryer. These just didn’t come close. Save your calories, your expectations, and your sugar spike for something that’s actually worth it.
