I ordered a loaded wrap and it tasted so good. Every time, I order it they gave me a wrap full of rice. But at this tim Horton, the food was amazing. My wrap had good portion of everything. The cashier was so nice to me and food was tasty too.

Special thanks to the manager Ms. Lanie and the the entire team (Navdeep, I cannot remember everyone but they all great)for their fast service and warm attitude even early morning during rush hour. Pathetic service. We ordered Habenaro Veg. Bowl, and they were out of stock of all veggies, but didn't tell us. The served the bowl with just rice and ni veggies . When we asked the supervisor, she simply said we're out of veggies and couldn't do anything. Didn't have courtsey to offer anything else or refund. Poor service, not recommended this location.

I usually visit this location alone, but today I went with some friends and ordered some breakfast. The steeped tea was cold and I had to ask again if they could heat it for me moreover when I got my farmer wrap the first bite I had to just throw it out because it had egg shell inside and it made me feel disgusted. So, I went to ask the staff if they could make me a new one and I told them that after one bite they couldn’t eat it cause the egg was cooked so hit’s shell inside it and they were understanding enough to make me another warp. Everything is good about this location just that if they could pay more attention to food serving with food safety along cleanliness.

it took them 20 minutes to make my farmers wrap, A SINGLE FARMERS WRAP. I'm not a Karen but I swear I was about to crash out while I was waiting. Service is incredibly slow and the farmers wrap was only mediocre, not enough sauce.

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Every time I'm in Vancouver for work, it's the only Tim's nearby. The staff are the slowest I've seen at any fast food establishment. I've seen so many people ditch the line and leave. Almost every time I visit.
I never sit in any Tim's but I would never think of sitting and eating here. Tables are full of unsavory homeless people who are very unclean.
Overall I know I shouldn't go here but it's the only reasonably priced mediocre coffee I can find in the area that isn't $8 or $10 for a tiny portion. It is the tourist zone after all.
The picture of the sign doesn't do the amount of dust on it justice.
