Wanted to get a croissant before they closed in an hour but they had a line of kids and the guy taking the order told me he wouldn’t serve me cause of the line. I said I just wanted a croissant but he still said he can’t serve me. Ridiculous service.

Absolutely terrible! Very poor and slow service. They have a restroom for men but not for women. How terrible. 😞

One of the worst (if not the worst) timmies out there. There are always some homeless inside the shop or at the entrance who approach you for money or something. It is nearly impossible to feel safe around this location! Other than that, it just lacks the vibes of an average coffee shop let alone the good ones. It is never kept up to norms and standards and can be improved 10x from what it is!

The place is always dirty. Tables, counters, floors, doors, etc... No napkins or condiments on counter. Super slow service. Have to wait 20 minutes to order, even if there is nobody in the line in front of you. Then wait another 20 minutes or longer for the food, while you stand because there is nowhere to sit, as people loiter. The staff see you but ignore you at the counter. Mostly talking to each other or other South Asians that come in there in South Asian language. Gossiping!!! So rude!!! The vibe is odd. Lots of food delivery drivers take up a part of the restaurant all day/evening just taking up space. The wraps barely have anything inside most of the times. Even if you say something, they don't care, just give dirty looks and speak to each other in Punjabi or Filipino. Barely a selection of donuts, and always dry and stale tasting. The area within the showcase of the donuts looks dirty and unorganized. I ordered chicken noodle soup and when I opened it, it was just broth, no chicken. Next time I bought the chicken noodle soup, I mentioned it to the manager, Kenny (nickname as he is South Asian) who worked there at the time. He said nothing. I paid for the new soup and wrap, and after I ate it, I got super sick. I actually vomited and then passed out! Scary. I have stopped giving them my business, because they obviously don't appreciate it, and getting that sick was a wake up call to not eat their food.

Spacious. Nice to be able to get cheaper coffee on Robson. Was not very busy ,when I visited. The chairs are nice red color. Nice picture of Tim Horton founder ,on the wall.

This place always has a line and it always moves painfully slow. I’ve lived nearby for a year, and have been here probably 15+ times, not once have I not had to wait in line.
I would understand if they had a busy drive thru, thus, a un-prioritized walk in… but they don’t. There’s no drive thru.
The donut and cookie selection is always mid, but that’s more a general Tim Hortons problem.
Avoid this location so I don’t have to keep waiting in line.

Restrooms at this venue leave a lot to be desired. Obviously no regular inspection carried out.

Needs to be properly staffed. The staff clearly aren’t able to handle the volume of people on a Saturday morning.

The coffee tasted like they brewed it in a pot that still had remnants of dish soap, and my bagel with cream cheese had almost no cheese on it lol. I showed the cashier and she said they would remake it, even she was shocked. The guy that prepared it gave some attitude about paying extra if I want more cheese. OK, he remakes it, and he gave me just about the same amount of cheese, unreal. I've been frequenting Tim Hortons across the country for 30 years, I've never known a time they were so tight fisted with the cream cheese lol. Now you wasted two bagels and the cheese on it, all to have an unsatisfied customer anyways. Also I was told washrooms have been out of order for a week.
