The coffee tasted like they brewed it in a pot that still had remnants of dish soap, and my bagel with cream cheese had almost no cheese on it lol. I showed the cashier and she said they would remake it, even she was shocked. The guy that prepared it gave some attitude about paying extra if I want more cheese. OK, he remakes it, and he gave me just about the same amount of cheese, unreal. I've been frequenting Tim Hortons across the country for 30 years, I've never known a time they were so tight fisted with the cream cheese lol. Now you wasted two bagels and the cheese on it, all to have an unsatisfied customer anyways. Also I was told washrooms have been out of order for a week.

Considering how dirty this place is, and the fact our tax dollars subsidize their wages, the food should be free. But even then I wouldn't eat here, I prefer my flies outside. Say no to TFW program and help a Canadian get a job.

The place itself wasn’t bad, but the women’s restroom was closed. The staff told me to wait in line for the men’s restroom. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to finish, but that person was actually taking a shower inside. In the end, they locked the door from the inside, and only then I was let into the women’s restroom. I really don’t understand why it was handled this way...
Needed my afternoon refreshing caffeine fix.
For double shot espresso iced coffee that is premade in the fridge, how does it take seven minutes 😳 and just two customers including me ?

I don't usually write a bad review... But I was surprised about the lack of customer service regarding my issue.
- I ordered two donuts and a coffee
-Apple fritter and old fashioned plain
While waiting for my coffee off to the side I took a bite of the old fashioned donut, and immediately could tell that the donut was off because it was drier than a desert... I notified one of the staff there and she kindly went to replace that one I received.
-I tried it again in front of her and it was the same thing. A very dry donut... It was as if they were leftovers from last Friday before the long weekend.
she notified her colleague who seemed upset or annoyed.
I asked her multiple times to please just try it and make sure that they were okay.
She refused, saying that they were baked just now... when I had them in my hand they were not warm at all and definitely not just baked.
She was trying to make me feel that I was wrong for even asking about the quality of the product. I am writing not because of the dry donut, but because I am concerned about the poor quality of customer service from their leader in the front. When someone brings up a concern about the product, it should be checked upon immediately right there and then. No refusal by any means. I've had this type of donut many times and this was my first experience of poor product, and lack of concern regarding the product and customer. Upon leaving, I left the donut on their counter and told them that I'd rather not even eat this.. I don't even care about a refund and or another exchange of product for a third time... Lol.
- please take it's serious when someone brings up a product issue, and being in the food industry the last point of quality control is with the front of the house. Staff are required to check the quality of product regardless of any position they are in...

When I lived in Vancouver at the Sandman Hotel for a few months 2020/2021 I sometimes got my cappuccino from this location.
The staff was usually rude to me because I didn’t wear a mask. I always had to say “I have a medical exemption” (to BREATHE).
It wasn’t a lie. I had a nose job (rhinoplasty) when I was young. Ever since, this caused me sinus problems and covering up my breathing would send me into a panic attack. The plastics and chemicals in the masks are a serious irritant to me. Also didn’t take orders from actors on Tel lie vision.
One day I walked in there and there was an unusual 10am line up and it’s full of people. I stood in the line and someone from behind the counter yelled at me to put on a mask or GET OUT.
Within seconds the entire line up of people was shouting GET OUT, GET OUT.
I looked around to see if they are filming a movie, something like the movie THEY LIVE.
Nope this was real.
Before I know it, a toothless girl who must have just come off Hastings ran up to me screaming GET OUT, GET OUT and boxed me in the face, knocking me down to the ground.
I got up and ran to the bathroom, locked myself in and called 911.
2 masked rookie police officers showed up and determined that despite the facts that the witnesses stated they saw the girl run up to me and assault me without any provocation on my part, that they would not arrest her because they deemed me to be racist for not wearing a mask, or because the employees of the Timmie’s said that they felt I was being racist towards them for not wearing a mask.
Also I lit up a cigarette in the bathroom while on the phone with the police and the fact that I wasn’t a resident of Vancouver.
I drove by the restaurant about 3 hours later and saw the assailant sitting at the window bar.
No iced coffees and no key for the toilet, who is running this place?

The location has dining space and thew were quick to serve my order. The location is a fast paced one too which is good for if you want to just grab a quick snack and go
It was our first time to visit there. I was with my husband. Staff was friendly and helpful, there was a girl name Raj who welcome us and it took only 2 minutes for her to make our order single handedly inspite of that we ordered alot . I and my husband both are happy with the service and would like to visit there again. Best experience in Any time hortons so far.

Standard Tim Horton’s. I like ordering via mobile app to skip the lines. I got an iced coffee with oat milk and it was solid.
