Had coffee and donuts. Donuts were ok, coffee (latte) was weak and boiling hot, so had to wait 5 minutes to drink it. Staff seemed to be doing their best. This shop had the atmosphere of a train station, with some old Indian guy talking very loudly on his phone for the entire time we were in the shop. The shop was generally grubby and no one was clearing tables.

Harsh is hands down the best! I always visit this Tim Hortons during my work breaks, and he’s consistently the sweetest, most professional person there. Food is classic Timmie’s but this is the SLOWEST Tims I’ve ever been to. So many seemingly busy staff but the line moves at a glacial pace. It took 10 mins to serve three people in line

contrary to some other reviews, i find the staff here pleasant. unfortunately, the staff in the prep area regularly skirt tim horton’s glove and hygiene rules, touching their faces and body, working the cash and restocking supplies with the same gloves they make the food with. i’ve seen this too many times to count and no longer order food here as a result. the baked goods might be baked off site or are frozen? not sure.. the timbits have a slime texture on them that usually happens when they’ve been frozen and thawed. bottom line: get a beverage, stay away from the food. go easy on the staff, this is a very busy location full of couriers that sit around without ordering, and/or troubled individuals with nowhere else to go, can only imagine how stressful it is working here.
