Honestly, I don’t understand why people buy into a franchise not knowing what qualities that franchise upholds.
One of the worst group of people running this particular joint, unprofessional as hell, yet no reprimands to them.
Great! More power to you! God bless, but a must-avoid.

Great staff, but unfortunately, my grandma slipped on the carpet that was upturned. I don’t blame the employees but perhaps we can do better this winter to keep customers safe.

There was eggshell in my breakfast sandwich. Seriously I paid 4$s for this. I didn’t even take the receipt this is pissing me off. I am never going tim hortons again.

Customer service is terrible. It takes a while for anyone to acknowledge you but when you do order. Before you have even finished saying what item you want, the cashier barks "anything else?". It's very abrupt & actually makes it harder to order. I was the only person in line, I don't understand the need to cut me off. Definitely won't make an effort to come again until they train the staff or change management.
The Tim Hortons I usually go to at Pacific Centre is being renovated - so I have gone here a couple of times. I see why this location is practically empty versus Pacific Centre where constant lineups were normal.
The other option on Dunsmuir smells like pee inside. So my options are limited now for a sit down Tim Hortons.
Dietary restrictions: All Tim Hortons have Oat Milk.

Considering this is meant to be fast food, service wasn’t very fast. There was only one person sorting out breakfast sandwiches, it wasn’t even busy either. Goodness knows what it would be like at busy times.
