We just ordered a supreme stack, bit into it and saw a hair but just took it out because it was just 1 hair. Then we took another bite and there was literally a CLUMP OF HAIR in it. So gross tossed the whole meal🤢

Visiting from the US and excited to visit a Tim Horton's. There were 4 young ladies “working” that morning but only one really seemed to be engaged with the job. We finally got someone to take our order— some doughnuts, omelette bites, a dark roast coffee and a regular coffee. My husband got his doughnuts and we got two coffees. We waited and waited for the omelette bites and when we finally asked about them, they had been placed on the counter but no one ever called an order number or name. When we got in our car and checked our coffees, one was a dark roast and the other had creamer in it. A completely disappointing experience from what we had on our visit to several Calgary locations. The ladies need some training at your location.

We live very close to this Tim Hortons, but we don’t come here often. Last time when we were here, it was back to April during the Easter weekend, as we wanted some donuts to make our Easter cake. We arrived around noon time, however, it seemed things were not quite ready for business yet. As a result, it took quite some time to get a coffee. While waiting, tables and chairs did not appear clean enough for me to comfortably have a seat. Staff seemed friendly though, we would not mind coming again.

Service is awful. Orders take forever and always missing things. Regardless if you order online for pick up or in store, no matter if it’s peak or not peak. The staff do not communicate with customers just simply drop items and walk away.
