Jan 24, 2024 I ordered four cilantro slow-cooked chicken bowls. I ordered this same item at other Tim Hortons and THIS LOCATION IS BY FAR THE BEST—best cashier service with a warm welcoming smile, best food preparation done by fellow who REALLY CARES about what he is making, best cleanliness as I see many staff members NON-STOP mopping, sweeping, clearing out garage and most diligently keeping the place SUPER CLEAN.Head office should highly commend the fellow who made our food order, it is so good! We will be coming back to this location as a regular customer because the food is great and the place is so very clean.Excellent job to all the hardworking and caring staff at 818 W6th Ave Van BC location. I AM MOST APPRECIATIVE AND IMPRESSED. ?

Came here to grab a quick bite for lunch. Many other customers came in after me and got their orders before me. When i asked about my order the lady replied “ it isn’t in our system”. She and the 3 other workers proceeded to work on different orders. Finally, when a worker asked me again what my order had been, instead of handing me the proper order, I was given the food left out in the counter that nobody had claimed.

The amount of cream cheese they used could of been used on 10 other bagels so sad what a waste i couldn't even eat and I was to far to drive back

Serve nothing on their menu after 7pm which is ridiculous?! Want a wrap? Nope, bowl? Not a chance. Why even have your doors open when you don’t serve 80% of the menu. At least have the decency to shut off the sign boards. The gentleman behind me was so frustrated after the staff told him with a blank unapologetic stare that they couldn’t serve him even one of the four different menu items he asked for he stormed out of the establishment. And quite frankly I felt like doing the same.

Went here twenty to closing wanting a bagel. They'd cleaned out all food and were only serving beverages. Ask anyone what Timmy's is known for: coffee, bagels, donuts. Why even be open if you can't do half of what you promise to deliver? Owners clearly don't give employees enough time/compensation to do closing tasks if they're clearing all food early before closing.

I dealt with a very sweet person in a hijab and wearing a queen pin, (yesterday around 3-4pm) she was very nice and easily the best customer service I’ve seen at a tims.

I tried a new wrap "veggie with cilantro". The food was fresh and tasty, but unfortunately, I did not taste the cilantro, which was the reason I purchased the food item.
