Best experience I have every time I come here. This is the only location that sells chocolate toasted coconut donuts. The quality of food is great and feels like they serve food with care! Really appreciate all the hardworking staffs and the manager who runs the store. Will be back again :)

I went grab a coffee and food and there were two girls and none one them even had a look. I called them twice and nobody responded and when I called them for the third time one girl asked me to wait without even looking at me. I waited for few minutes but they were busy with their tasks. There were no any other customers so they could have served me as it could be a quick one. But they chose not to serve. Terrible experience, very poor customer service and so much of attitude. By the way the girl who asked me to wait was Mehek.

I stopped today at this Tim Hortons to but my coffee again as in the first that I stopped they got the order wrong and added cream to my coffee. I explained at this location what had happened and they gave me the coffee for free. I did not request it, it just came from the staff. Thank you so much

Regardless of how many customers when I visit. the service is very slow. At this specific visit. There were 4 staff and it still took 5 min for coffee as staff were just standing around.
