Only ever 1 person here up to 15 min waits for a cup of coffee they do 1 order at a time due to only 1 person working so if they order food you have to wait for whomever is in front of you ......... horrible

I’ve been a regular at this location, always ordering my usual Ice Capp, but today I was served a white Ice Capp. When I asked about the color, they explained it’s because they had just cleaned the machine. Apparently, all this time I’ve been drinking what can only be described as a “dirty” Ice Capp due to the machine’s color residue! What made it worse was the two ladies serving me unhelpful and not at all polite. I’m definitely not coming back for this leaky, drip-white cup of disappointment. I expect better, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer for so long.

Love Tim's so much, however this location really upset me. So I was told that they don't take survey codes anymore. Even though there are new codes that Tim's hand out. I emailed and messaged Tim hortons Canada over this and got told no all locations should be receiving them and taking them. I'm disappointed at this incounter and probably won't be coming back....

I ordered coffee and breakfast from this Tim Hortons before going to college, and everything was perfect today. I also ordered a brownsugar iced latte, and it was exactly right not too sweet, not too strong it was made and served by Navneet kaur. Also All the staff is perfect have smile on the face every time I come and serve with joy. The taste was perfect and well balanced. Everything was made just the way I like it. I really love this store and the consistency. Highly recommended 👍

I visited this location on the morning of February 1st and ordered an Egg Farm Wrap. Unfortunately, the hash brown was very hard, and the eggs appeared stale or possibly expired. Additionally, the staff member who took my order was rude, which made the experience even more disappointing.
