I had a very disappointing experience over the past two days. Yesterday, I ordered a latte but was given a mocha latte instead. Today, I ordered a mocha latte again, but this time they handed me a black coffee with just one cream. I was running late for work and it was hot, so I didn’t get the chance to taste it until I reached home. Unfortunately, it was not at all what I ordered, and the taste was very bad.
It’s really frustrating and disappointing when customers order something specific but are not given the right item. Accuracy in orders should be a basic standard, especially for people who are in a rush. This experience has left me very unsatisfied with the service.
