I stop at tim's to get my coffee every night before work the service is good they get my coffee order right every time. The staff that works friday and saturday night she knows how i like my coffee and she gets my coffee right everytime. The only thing i am disheartened about is the amount of baked goods that get thrown out at the end of the day that could go to good use

It's Tim Hortons & I've yet to be or get disappointed with the food, the donuts & the coffee served day & night here. I can visit a Tim Hortons anywhere in Canada & needn't worry about the food & the service because they're generally all the same. I recommend visiting your local Tim Hortons today and enjoy a hot coffee & a donut, you won't be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: I don't have children but I've yet to meet one that doesn't like donuts, I don't think they exist.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible entrance & exiting doors & I believe there are wheelchair accessible places for them to sit and eat. As far as I've noticed, most Tim Hortons provide most if not all of the facilities for those requiring wheelchair accessibility.

I asked for a hot chocolate AND to have my water bottle refilled. They put the hot chocolate in the water bottle instead of refilling it with water. Very rude.

Whoever was working alone tonight, serving, taking orders from, and preparing food for 12 customers lined up deserves to be promoted to manager and whatever manager thinks its okay to staff a busy location like this with ONE person staffing the whole restaurant deserves to be fired. Very slow service but much faster than one would expect from a tim hortons being completely operated by a single staff person.
