Ordered two donuts and a coffee, got charged for all and then they didn’t give me the donuts and would only give them to me if I paid again… $7 for a bad iced coffee. Will not be going again.

I work night shifts and always order a medium black coffee. The staff here are exceptional, consistently showing remarkable courtesy and professionalism. In particular, Pardeep Sharma makes sure my coffee is always prepared just the way I like it. I noticed that this Tim Hortons gets pretty busy at night, yet Pardeep manages to handle it all on his own, working calmly and efficiently. It's surprising to see him manage everything solo when there should be at least three workers at the front. His ability to tackle each situation so adeptly truly impresses me.

This is one of the most filthiest places I’ve ever been. The floors are a mess and don’t get me started on the tables… every two table had engraved writing! I did not feel safe eating off the tables and used my napkins. The food, you can tell it’s been sitting in the heating cabinet for along period of time, my hash brown was hard and crunchy, probably from sitting in the heat.
Reason why some people are giving it 5 stars is probably the workers here. If you’re not local don’t come here.
