The younger girl took my order today was very professional and made my coffee really nice. This is rare for Tim Hortons standards honestly which made me write this review. (My order - DD medium with hazelnut and chocolate dip donut, (March 24. Around 12.35pm #for feedback purposes)

You have to wait for 15-20 mints after your mobile order too, even there is no lineup.. the girls are talking and laughing. I was late for my class. I literally ordered 15 mints before arrival. Like seriously bro..?Even I called the girl twice, she ignored. Like dude, if you don’t want to work sit at home. I have also worked at Tim, but never like this.
Poor service, poor food. Been going to this location since mid December 2023. Complaints are not addressed. Tim Horton's at Main Street Skytrain is great! Excellent service and food.

The donuts that we bought were cold. I don't know if this is usually served cold or not but i prefer to eat hot and fresh especially when they write the food is fresh and will be baked each morning. The taste was good. They serve fast. I'll give them 5 stars and will not reduce stars because i don't know if donuts are supposed to be cold or not but if it was supposed to be cold i don't like cold
