Cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve seen in ages, especially since post Covid.
I have a Tim Hortons next to my workplace, but due to its dirtiness and terrible customer service, I’ve chosen to take extra time to come all the way here instead.
Thank you so much to Yoon, Pauline, and all the staff working in the back for keeping this place spotless and bringing back that classic Tim Hortons vibe we all grew up with.

The service was very poor at this location. It happened with me thrice . The lady named “Pau” behaved very rude with me even though she have no manners how to deal with customers. Her tone was too loud. I ordered one Baggle and it was totally burnt and also lettuce was not good …….

I recently came here buy coffee and potato wedges. Coffee was ok but the potato wedges are so disgusting 🤢. Omg it looks like they made it very early morning and all are burned. Please be ready with fresh food, otherwise say no . We are paying for the food, it’s not a free of cost. 🤢

Why she did it? I want explanation for this and I never going to buy here again.

I always do mobile order and I’m always waiting for my order when I am ready to pick up. When you arrive no one ver greats you. They look and you and continue on chatting. I have had to ask for my order every single time I come to this location. 10 minutes to make a wrap when they aren’t busy is abit ridiculous.

I recently visited this location and had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Rhea. Her tone was rude, and her behavior seemed discriminatory, which was very disappointing and unprofessional.
On the other hand, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Aniket. He is the only employee who treats everyone kindly and equally. His professionalism and welcoming attitude stood out and made the visit somewhat better.
I hope management addresses the concerning behavior I experienced and ensures all staff maintain a standard of respect and fairness toward customers.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. It was by far the worst location I've visited. One of the employees, RHEA, was particularly rude and unprofessional. She consistently displays discriminatory behavior towards Indian customers, which is unacceptable. The owner should seriously review the rude staff and take action to address the negative attitudes. I won’t be returning, and I hope changes are made to ensure a more respectful environment for everyone.
