I come to the location at Granville Station frequently on my way to work, and am always immensely grateful for the speed and care that the employees here dedicate to each and every order. In particular, Drew, the cashier at my last visit, deserves a commendation. One of the customers just before me in line was incredibly rude to him, and he handled the interaction with the upmost grace and hospitality.

I had a disappointing experience due to unprofessional behavior by an employee at Tim Hortons. The staff member did not maintain proper workplace conduct and acted in a way that did not meet basic customer service standards. Such behavior reflects poorly on the business and affects the overall customer experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training to ensure professionalism in the future.

Excellent service by Aniket! He was quick, polite, and made my coffee just right. His way of talking make my day. His positive attitude really stands out — makes coming to Tim Hortons a pleasure every time.

I ordered a cappuccino today at the Granville Station Tim Hortons, and it was really disappointing. It tasted like plain water — no coffee flavor or milk taste at all. Definitely not what a cappuccino should be.

I am surprised you don’t offer the healthier 12 grain bagel they have at TH Hornby St. You have no healthy bagels. Only white and raisin - both unhealthy.
Add the 12 grain bagel to your selection.

Cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve seen in ages, especially since post Covid.
I have a Tim Hortons next to my workplace, but due to its dirtiness and terrible customer service, I’ve chosen to take extra time to come all the way here instead.
Thank you so much to Yoon, Pauline, and all the staff working in the back for keeping this place spotless and bringing back that classic Tim Hortons vibe we all grew up with.

The service was very poor at this location. It happened with me thrice . The lady named “Pau” behaved very rude with me even though she have no manners how to deal with customers. Her tone was too loud. I ordered one Baggle and it was totally burnt and also lettuce was not good …….

I see Fruit flies everywhere when I pass by for work
I recently came here buy coffee and potato wedges. Coffee was ok but the potato wedges are so disgusting 🤢. Omg it looks like they made it very early morning and all are burned. Please be ready with fresh food, otherwise say no . We are paying for the food, it’s not a free of cost. 🤢

I don’t know what is wrong with the server, why she is smiling the drink that she is making for me; it a worse thing because it makes me confused about the stuff she is using is expired or something else, is she playing with my health. Why she did it? I want explanation for this and I never going to buy here again.
