i usually buy coffee from here a daily customer to be exact. my experience has been great up till now but today the staff member was extremely rude nd the coffee doesnt taste right. My donut was all ruined becoz the chocolate dip stuck on the pack.
I come frequently in the mornings on the way to my office. I want to shout out Elvira specifically, who is ALWAYS quick and has great customer service. I assume she’s the manager, or in a leader position, because you can tell by how great she is. Thank you Elvira for making me want to come back to this location
Today I have to take the MRT back to the work pier and buy a set meal here. My English is not good and I don’t understand what he meant, so I asked the waitress at the counter to translate it for me using my mobile phone. I didn’t mind that there were a bunch of people queuing up behind them. He Still very patient and helped me complete the order.
