i usually buy coffee from here a daily customer to be exact. my experience has been great up till now but today the staff member was extremely rude nd the coffee doesnt taste right. My donut was all ruined becoz the chocolate dip stuck on the pack.
I come frequently in the mornings on the way to my office. I want to shout out Elvira specifically, who is ALWAYS quick and has great customer service. I assume she’s the manager, or in a leader position, because you can tell by how great she is. Thank you Elvira for making me want to come back to this location

I have a Tim Hortons next to my workplace, but due to its dirtiness and terrible customer service, I’ve chosen to take extra time to come all the way here instead.
Thank you so much to Yoon, Pauline, and all the staff working in the back for keeping this place spotless and bringing back that classic Tim Hortons vibe we all grew up with.
