Its a Tim Hortons.It gives you what you want, most of the time. I have been scammed out of the premium Bagels three times now even while they cost extra. Will be watching out for this as they scam you out of the money and just shrug. It's only 50¢ but it adds up.Customer service is third worst I've ever dealt with in my 37 years of livingthere are dogs sitting on the seats, even on rainy days, so seats have been muddy and wet more than a few times
Got to love my Timmys!!!! Almost never a disappointment, service is always fast. I do think it's important though that the people that are speaking on the speaker, speak very clear English, and speak slowly. Usually I don't know what's being said to me, Other times I have to ask the person to repeat to even three times sometimes.

In the states, we have Krispy Kreme and Dunkin' Donuts. I have to say that Tim Horton's beats both of them!! Tim Horton's is the convenience of KK/DD with the fresh feeling of a mom&pop donut shop. The BOSTON CREAM!!! So good. I would say that Krispy Kreme's glaze still wins! (Especially if it's served hot.. that's one plus KK will have on TH) But overall as a donut shop, I would say Tim Horton's has a better recipe.
