What happened with Tim? The service there is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The server was so rude and wasn’t Being helpful. I would never ever so to that specific location again. Tim’s hiring team need to be more careful while hiring people because it harms your reputation not them!Ps: Learn how to respect customers!

Trash customer service. Asked for 2 medium ice capps, cashier for some reason heard "2 medium French vanillas" (which doesn't even sound remotely the same by the way). When I went to address this to the cashier, she insisted that I had said 2 medium French vanillas and started arguing on who miscommunicated. I had my friends with me while ordering, and they all heard me clearly say 2 ice capps. Hopefully you guys hire more respectful workers in the future.

The return of the retro donuts is what drew me back to visit a Timmys again. I tried the Cinnamon Sugar Twist and it was just okay.However, this location definitely does have the friendliest downtown staff ever!

Service is not good. As i tell them to fresh potato vegie. That guys making excuses and cashier tell he do not know about fresh item m. Only kitchen person know about it . Everytime i am taking order of tim and when i ask for a bill then he replies he have to give bill reciept in kitchen and then he crush it and throw. Very horrible experience of tim of this location.

Today, I had a pretty bad experience at the store. I had ordered a latte and tried to pay with points via the Tim Hortons app. Unfortunately, the latte wasn't covered to be redeemed using the app. I requested the person at the counter to cancel the order and instead, give me a coffee for which I could redeem my points. The person expressed her inability to do that via the POS system and went inside an office to seek help. A few seconds later, a guy came out and started speaking rudely that it was my fault for using the app on which autopay was enabled and that he would do it this time but not the next time I came. But that time, he was practically shouting at him. I told him and I didn't think I'd ever go to that store or recommend anybody going there after that kind of experience. I just wanted to get out of there as I felt humiliated at that point so just asked them to give me the latte and be done with it.I've been going to Tim Horton's cafes all over the country for years and have never encountered staff so rude and misbehaved.I hope the management takes this seriously as I suspect I may not be the only person who this happened with judging by the embarrassed looks of the other staff when I was being mistreated.
