I really enjoyed visiting Tim Hortons for coffee and a treat. The service was consistently excellent, and the staff were always so incredibly kind. That was one of my favorite things about it.

Stopped by the Tim Hortons on 555 W Hastings and grabbed a regular BLT sandwich and the Spiced Vanilla Filled Ring Donut—both were spot on! The BLT was simple but satisfying: crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and just the right amount of mayo on soft bread. Classic done right.
But the real surprise was the donut. That spiced vanilla filling? Warm, aromatic, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with a cozy hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. The ring had a nice chew and wasn’t greasy at all. It felt like fall in a bite.
Quick service, clean space, and a tasty combo that hit the spot. Definitely worth a stop if you're downtown and craving something comforting.

very good customer service and when i visited there, alot of rush but the staff was so good customer service as they manage everything and serve my stuff on time and perfectly. Love to visit this location again❤️❤️
Just had chai tea latte and have to throw it, as the worker mixed two syrups and instead of pacifying she argued. Worst experience, day by day Tim Hortons is decreasing its standards which is disheartening. No value for money.

Visited around 4:pm in the afternoon and the lineup was so long. I only see 3 staff working and they look really tired but they still managed to get the lineup going and smiled all the time..maybe add more staff?
