My friend and I visited Tim Hortons on the first day of the year, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. While my friend was ordering, the cashier on duty came across as rude, which really took away from the visit—especially on what should be a positive start to the year.
I hope the staff member receives some coaching on customer service and communication. Also, the tea we received was very poor in quality and we ended up throwing it away. Sharing this feedback in hopes things improve.

Visited on January 1 around 4:55 PM with a friend. Although we did receive a refund, the overall experience was disappointing. The way the cashier spoke to us felt rude and unprofessional.
We were informed that the items we ordered were unavailable only after paying, and the tea we received was also not good, so we had to throw it away. I hope the staff communication and service quality can be improved.

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Jean at this Tim Hortons location! Every time I come in, Jean is friendly, patient, and always delivers excellent service. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond, but Jean truly does. My order is always accurate, the service is quick, and Jean’s positive attitude makes the whole experience better.

How do they mess up 2/3 items???
Got a protein latte, a candy Ccane hot chocolate and an americano. The protein latte was just plain milk and the hot chocolate had no candy cane.

I went there yesterday in the afternoon. I got takeout food via mobile order.
They made everything fresh however they took 10 mints to give my order. It should not take too long. Otherwise their team is really great and respectful. I actually went this place many times before as well. They are always really very busy but they always listen their customers very well and patiently. Restaurant was very clean too..
