Jumped into google reviews to share my experience I had at this location. However seeing the negativity about the male staff specifically Vikram, I’m so disappointed. He is the best and most helpful staff that I have seen at any Tim Hortons. Idk why people are quoting him as rude person, though he is the one who is always respectful.

I want to review about an employee name vikram ,he needs to learn the etiquettes that how to deal with the customer.He was very disrespectful while talking.It was my first time that i have visited this tim location and it have turned out to the last time.

The staff is not customer friendly especially vikram who is working over there.His way of talking was very rude.As i was giving the survey code but he didn’t accept it while all the other tim hortons accept the survey coupon all over the canada.Make sure too be polite with customers its your responsibility too treat your customers fairly.

Counter people do not willing to listen customer requests. Majority of the front people are behaving rude. This is the last time I suppose to go this outlet all the other outlets I have visited are pretty much better than this outlet. Very bad experience.
