I stopped by this cafe on my way to explore the city. I’ve always wanted to come here and have coffee and a chocolate croissant. However, they took my order incorrectly. Instead of replacing the plain croissant with the chocolate one, they told me I had already taken a bite of it and would be charged for the chocolate croissant. Instead of apologizing, they wanted to charge me more money.

Considering that you can have almost the same at any TH in Canada the four stuff that I dislike the most from this TH are. - they have minimum staff during pick hrs and the waiting time is awful - they orders are almost wrong 4 out of 10 time - people parking in front of the TH where clearly says: do not park and it is right at the intersection. It is a nightmare in some cases driving in/out of the area Hope the TH says to their customers to respect traffic laws - the homeless guy standing and opening the door I get the Good Samaritan idea but it gets a bit too much Avoiding having homeless at the door will be great

Went in there to get couple dozen of donuts as a gift for my accountant and staff. The said I need to wait for 2 hours, I said what about those one in the display case, she said she can’t sells those!!! Found parking, paid the meter parking, went in there and came out with nothing! What a joke and waste of time.😂

This Tim Horton on Denman street is an absolute joke. I tried to buy two dozen donuts and they refused !!! to sell me whatever they had available. It was only 10am and they had very limited selection (as always). I tried to buy at least one dozen and they were not willing to give me what they had available!!! The two women were absolutely ridiculous. They started "negotiating" how many of the six available Boston cream I was "allowed" to buy !!!! First it was four, then they told me they can give me only two of the six !!! What the hell is going on with Tim Horton ???? Who hires these lunatics ? I've never been in a store where I wasn't allowed to buy what they were selling. I drove to the other store on Robson street, the staff was great and I could buy any donuts I wanted...(wow...how special...lol). Just very basic customer service, shouldn't be this complicated... staff on Denman....

The staff at this location don’t wear gloves when they make you a sandwich or a wrap.. yesterday I went there the guy down there touch his face and made the farmer.. i didn’t say anything but I put the wrap in the garbage.. a bite made me vomiting.. please wear gloves!!!!

Amazing helpful staff! I made a mistake on the date for a big coffee order I made online, but the staff came to the rescue and took care of the large order quickly. The event where the coffee was provided without a hitch thanks to their hard, quick work.
