Honestly. People need to avoid this place. Not the staffs fault for the most part, but there clearly over worked, understaffed and under paid and theyre only hiring of a certain demographic as of recently as this was my go to Tims for around 15 years. The complete lack of diversity at this place is concerning and this isnt the only place like this. The amount of talking to eachother while people are ordering is absurd and they hardly talk english or atleast pretend not to. This had only been a problem recently. Im guessing the former franchise owner sold it.

I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons recently! The coffee and snacks were fresh, and the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Simran for her warm greetings and exceptional customer service. She was very polite, quick, and made sure everything was perfect. It's always nice to be welcomed with such positive energy. Keep up the great work, Simran! This kind of service definitely makes me want to come back.
