I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to the outstanding service provide by Jatinder kaur. The young lady who assisted me was incredibly friendly, efficient, and polite. She greeted every customer with a warm smile and made sure my order was accurate and served promptly. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for everyone.
Her professionalism and cheerful attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. Employees like her truly make a difference and represent the Tim Hortons brand in the best way possible. Keep up the great work!

Terrible service. Ordered 2 small coffees and instantly got forgotten about by the worker. For the first 10 minutes I figured they were just brewing a new batch. 15 minutes pass and another person walk in to order a coffee and gets it right away I then asked where my small coffees were and she just said sorry and went to go make them. Dissapointing quality of service.

Very bad customer service. Why they always show attitude to their own community. Other staff is good but she particulary is very bad at customer service and always show attitude. Mr owner please tell her how to do her job.

First time in years I've gone to Tim's for lunch. What an experience. 1st - used kiosk to order, entered order, tried to pay, pad not working. Employee said "Oh, that's been like that for a while". Ok. Other kiosk worked fine. 2nd - ordered Diet Coke with my meal (get called and told no Diet Coke.. I can have Coke or something else). Ok. 3rd - get called from kitchen area. Ordered Turkey Bacon Club. "Sorry, no turkey" Ok. Can I get Roast Beef. "Sorry, no roast beef. We only have Ham and Cheese." Ok. Turkey is $7.19, Ham and Cheese is $5.99. Ask for refund. "Sorry, can you choose a donut or something." Ok. I won't be going back here again, for years. :(

First time visiting this location and the place was so spacious with plenty of seats available. Service was kind and professional. Food was just how it usually is when I order so that wasn't a disappointment. It got ready quick since it wasn't so busy when I came in.
