I really had a bad experience for the 2 consecutive visits at this location, same girl who is working this morning at around 6:25AM at the cashier, she needs to learn how to make the london fog and not to put tons of cream on it AT ALL, end up throwing that away this morning. Farmers wrap was great and hashbrown! I did not stay because it is really sticky and smells dirty inside.

Whenever tim hortons has hockey cards i usually come more often because i collect them. I came to this location, ordered an ice capp and 10 packs of cards. the 2 employees were suspiciously sorting through a stack of packs before handing me my 10, then putting some away in a paper bag. I didnt think much of it at the time until i did some research online. the thickness/weight of some packs plays a factor in getting the more valuable/desirable cards which is probably why the employees were feeling and sorting through the packs before handing me mine. I made the purchase on april 22 at 1:10pm if you want to check the security cameras at the till to my left. this is quite concerning as it really leaves nothing for the customers if the employees are already picking out all the good packs. Im currently working on finding someone to speak to at a corporate level to raise this issue because this may not be the only location doing this. would like to hear some explaination from a manager or owner from this location.

Poor, kind girl working alone doing everything (cashier, coffee, grill, etc.) every Saturday early mornings. This company is wrong to allow one person to work alone and do everything while customers and health care workers wait a long time.

The place looked dirty and dark. Service and staff were great. Food quality was awful. My hash brown was stale and the eggs on my b.e.l.t. were overcooked. The yolks were grey, totally turned off my appetite

Coffee was warm.....food was not hot, and hashbrowns were hard as is they were sitting around for awhile.....huge lineup and did not move very fast....I was not impressed at all.

One of the worst Tim Horton's I've visited. Smell of urine at the tables and unclean floors. Cashier took my order and cash. I tried to make it a combo but she said it was too late. I tried to order a new combo and she wouldn't take my order. She thought I was referring to my previous order. Had to pick up my order, eat it then return to the counter to order a combo for takeout.

Coffee was great donut a bit stale but edible. But the place needs a serious cleaning !! Windows are totally yuk, water on the floor....best to get your coffee and leave !

Really disappointed to say-- the worst experience of my life.Ordered for 4 different drinks and suprisingly each one of those have same taste that too worst than plain water. Often go to this location during lunch, the elderly lady may be the manager, worst at greeting customers. I mean there is difference among french vanilla, double- double, and chai tea latte.I mean if you don't enjoy your work, don't do. We spend our hard earnings, so that we can enjoy our food or drinks.If you can't make it, maybe just let customer know, go to different location.This review is after 5-6th time after same experience.Thanks
