I can not believe they close at 23:00 and just at 21:50 they do not cook wedges or any other thing that is not what they just want to sell you. Nothing has changed. Tim is just not what it used to be.

Considered walking in here because it was the closest fastest and therefore most convenient option.
The amount of vagrants blocking the entrance changed my mind and I walked across the street to Safeway instead.
Reading the other reviews about cleanliness and roaches makes me glad I kept walking.
Do better. Make your restaurant more inviting. Hire people who actually want to do the job instead of half assing it and who know what cleanliness is
Maybe then people beyond the UCW crowd will want to patronize your restaurant.

The staff here r so grumpy and just glare at you which is so weird. They wouldn’t even bother to say hello and seem like they absolutely hate their job. I wish I can give them negative 5 for customer service, the ambience inside looks fancy which is the only good part of visiting this location

The most emotionless unfriendly location I’ve ever been to. No staff said hello nor thanks to anyone. Grumpy faces and don’t even look up to see people waiting in line. And whatever is ringing from the machines just kept going. This is something I never experience in competitors’ cafes.
