They have 12 grains bagel my fav that's discontinued by many THs. Also they make my tea to the order unlike some other THs where I request honey in my tea but then barely taste any in it. Washroom is also well kept unlike others. Pretty satisfied with this Tim Hortins. Great work, keep it up guys👍 :)

This place has really really exhausting atmosphere especially the manager here. Today I went to this place and the manager was yelling at a girl very badly. It seemed as if she was on her training for the first day but he was kind of very toxic person who made my experience really bad. I would never recommend people to a store in which people like him work.

This Tim Hortons’s staff is a joke. Absolutely disgusting attitude and service. Lacks manners and common sense. When I was ordering coffee and everything bagel with cream cheese , the indian girl at the front taking order didn't even ask or wait for us to scan our rewards card, and when we asked her to wait she said “ oh I already closed the till” without even apologizing or trying to resolve the issue. After, I found unexpected ingredients in the bagel with cream cheese, which I didn't notice until I had almost finished eating. When I brought it to the attention of another indian girl who gave me the bagel, I was met with a dismissive attitude and no attempt to resolve the issue. I asked her what is this on the bagel , she literally said “ I DONT KNOW” and kept talking ,rolling her eyes at me and laughing with her coworkers like this is something very normal. The lack of customer service and disregard for food quality were appalling. These two girls were very ignorant and acts as if they are at their grandma’s house.

Thank you to the Tim Hortons guest care team for replying to my review. Just go beyond a standard message and ask what was ok and what was wrong. The food is ok, usually they have all the offer available. Didn't give 4 stars to service because, even though staff is very diligent, it is kind of slow sometimes probably they need one more person there especially at rush hour. The worst thing is the cleanness of the store. It must be better. It is understandable that you have many people going in and out through the day, but come on, you can do it better, clean tables, and empty trash cans more regularly, swipe floors, etc. All that is a pending task. I went deeper with this review because I lived in the neighborhood, and I frequent visitor.
