Parking: Had to park in the plaza across the busy road. Service was pretty slow. Ok they were understaffed. Washroom was one of the most disgusting I have ever been in. Floor covered in water and it seemed it got zero attention and no one cared. I was agraid to touch anything and used sanitizer when I left washroom. Sad place.

A friend of contacted head office over the way she was treated after complaining on a situation. The rep she spoke with called her nasty names, attempted to shame her and behaved so shockingly rude. I won't repeat the words but let it be said that first uncalled for and second why? Zero need. I am appalled and happy to boycott the chain. Shame on the poor service.

Came here on Fri Dec 15th, 2023 around 12 pm. Ordered a sausage wrap with no cheese since I can't eat cheese. There was cheese on the wrap, luckily I only swallowed a little bit of the cheese before I found out. If I did swallowed a bit more, there probably would of been a good chance I had to go to the hospital. When you work in the food industry, you must follow order instructions 100% of the time. No excuses, cashier put no cheese on the order, the person making the wrap didn't follow the instructions.

I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, there was something sitting on the counter near a mobile order pickup sign, but no indication that it was my order. Most locations put a receipt with your name or ask the person standing there if they placed an order. Not this location.

No other coffee shops open at 6:00am on Sunday within walking distance other than the Green Siren people and I actively avoid them when possible. So it's Timmy's and really, can you go to Canada and NOT have a Timmy's at least once?I got my coffee and sat at a table in the corner where I was able to plug in my laptop and phone. I was here for two hours this morning with my coffee until the sun came up, cranking out a dozen Yelp reviews (woo hoo!) on their free wifi.There are a few "barflies" that hang out here but they're pretty harmless this early in the morning and if you ignore them, they will ignore you back.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible though no powered doors.

The staff!!! THE EMPLOYEES !!! They are amazing!! What they are faced with EVERYDAY is so overwhelming. Yet they suit up and show up!! They do it all with a smile and dedication. No joke thank you! I bought a maple glaze donut from this establishment. Now let me paint you a picture, a maple glaze donut has the glaze on top of the donut. Now you would think that because the glaze is on top out the donut you would place the donut in bag bottom side down. But I guess the people that work there don’t have the common sense to do that, so they decide to give me my maple glaze donut top side down splatter all inside on the paper bag.

Gave me old hockey card packs. Handed them to me upside-down and i was not paying attention. Would not be upset if they just told me they had none.Not enough seating. People eating standing up by the waste bins. Lots of people with just a cup of coffee and their laptops.
