Worst service ever. Don't expect fresh coffee here. You will also wait forever. Don't even bother with ordering ahead.

The service here might be the worst I have ever experienced. I tend to go here for my iced Caps because it happens to be the fastest Tim hortans on the UBC campus which is crazy since it still can take 30 minutes for me to get it. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead online here, sometimes it’s faster to just wait in the long wait while they individually take orders and make them at the same time. The iced caps are always great. I don’t tend to order food from any of the Tim hortans on campus due to me knowing that is just me asking for another 30 minutes wait. The service is by far the worst though, the lady who works here in the morning hates her job (as should theyre understaffed) but she won’t even look at you and complains when things don’t go to plan. She has an extremely short temper and if the manager reads this review they will know exactly who I’m talking about. By far one of the worst Tim hortans.

This Tim Hortons is constantly understaffed for the volume of customers they experience. I had placed a mobile order (2 hot coffees) and it took over 30 minutes for them to prepare. There were only 4 staff members working during the busiest time of the day. They need to get their staffing sorted out. Would not recommend visiting if you can by brining your own coffee with you or stop on the way in.

Tell me why I have to wait for 30 mins on a wednesday afternoon with one person both taking orders and making them with a full on line going out the door and end up not having French Vanilla. I ordered a medium French Vanilla and a large Vanilla cold brew while endind up with a single cup of MEDIUM vanilla cold brew. You have one job I get it it was busy but that's no excuse for messing up. It was not like this last year please do something to fix it.

Unfathomably slow and disorganized. No one is paying attention to mobile orders so the food dies on the pickup counter. It shouldn't take 35 minutes to get a simple breakfast wrap and coffee.

I want to like the breakfast sandwich/wraps and i order them a lot but ive had eggshell in my food like 4 times in a row now
ordered a chocolate dip donut, gave me a maple, went to have it switched, got a double chocolate instead. before all of this, they just totally forgot about mobile orders for 10 minutes straight. during these 10 minutes they served in-person orderers like they had all the time in the world. no, you literally do not, there are 8 more people in line and 5 people waiting for mobile orders.

i keep eating eggshells in my breakfast sandwiches it’s very jarring
This is a great place. Its good, lively and has great sitting space. Also the services are quick and the staff is responsive. A perfect place for lunch time coffee!

The female clerks are nice and patient with first comers. I minus one point only because the donut and timbits are two sweet.
