At least 60% of the time I come here they get my order wrong or forget something. When I asked a staff member about my missing item, they attempted to convince me I was wrong about the order I literally watched them enter into the till.

Ordered 20 min in advance because I know there is a wait . Showed the girl my order number and she said it’s not ready yet which is fine. Waited another 10 min and asked if my single coffee is done cause other people who ordered after with large orders for their food came and went. She looked at my order number again and said it’s not done. 5 min more and I looked at the numbers myself and my order is sitting there cold when I’ve been waiting 30+ min and when I told her my order is there she just shrugged at me and said I thought you said a different number even though I was also showing her my order number on the phone. Just an excuse and a shrug. Quite infuriating since I made it a point to try and confirm with her twice if it’s already up

I ordered a meal for my girlfriend and they finished making the order without calling out the order to be picked up. My gf patiently waited for her food, until she went up herself to find out it’s been ready. Complete waste of time. Because of that the food went cold and tasted mediocre. I also ordered a donut for her which they never gave her and it was closed already so she couldn’t get the donut that I paid for. Waste of time and money.

I got the cilantro chicken wrap. This is my third time from this location and never again! The first time I got one it was excellent, the second time, I waited 40 mins and it was very mediocre. Today despite no lineup, it took 20 mins. The wrap was awful. First off, it was just thrown together. The ingredients in lumps and not at all mixed, and the wrap was not folded up well at all. Worst tho, was the chicken. It was so tough that I couldn’t even bite through it, I had to grip the pieces between my fingers and gnaw on it to het a bite. It was a messy and totally enjoyable experience.

Excessively crowded which is expected, but they forget items in orders. I got a sandwich, coffee, and donut, and they only gave me the sandwich and donut. Whoever is running Tim’s stores on campus needs to be replaced as they’re really not doing a good job with quality assurance.EDIT: Tim Hortons reached out and pointed me to a website that was only functional for US locations. Pointing customers to a non-functional website is worse than just not responding to reviews.

Ordered vanilla iced latte twice and told them explicitly that I don't want any ice, but both times they managed to give me a cup full of ice. I mean did you just choose to ignore my request??? Both times they had to scoop the ice out of the cup which also wastes the coffee. And today they ask with a very bad attitude that if I don't want ice, why did I order iced latte. I mean excuse me??????? Your own product is CALLED iced latte how can I order otherwise?????? god I'm so pissed?????Edit: well, I would like to know what sort of concrete steps you would take to improve your customer service before I spend my time filling out the survey.
