I get farmers wrap every single day at other locations but at this location everything seems different. It taste different and is pretty much plain ! No sauce, not as much cheese as other locations and it seems like the employees generally hate working here based on their interactions and customer service

I had a really bad experience at one of your locations. I was eating my rice bowl and found a piece of a plastic glove inside the food. Honestly, it was super gross and totally ruined my meal.
It’s really disappointing and makes me question how the food is being handled in the kitchen. I didn’t expect this from a place like Tim Hortons.

Stopped in this morning while traveling from Edmonton. I needed to use the restroom, but it was locked. When I asked, the staff member rudely said, “No, you can't use it,” with no greeting or offer to make a purchase first. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience.

Everytime i order cappuccino even after mentioning they are serving a cold one.when i went and told the girl working specially to make it hot still she made it cold.very bad service.its been couple of times and i am very disappointed.

Not sure if the employees are casuals or just not bothered. Comparing my experience with MacDonald’s in Squamish (engaging, polite and energized).From taking your order which seemed painful after repeating my order a handful of times. To the collection which validated our order experience, they just don’t enjoy or like their job.
