Worker was hiding in the back, she came out after 10 minutes standing there and had ZERO care in the world. Didn't want to help or serve anyone. This happened on November 28th at 730pm..... Fire that employee.

The coffee machine was broken,Don't expect a cafe.
They have such a small stock—they never have sandwiches or bagels—and when customers inquire, they decline, not even attempting to offer more options to ensure customer satisfaction , like I don't remember their whole menu they are suppose to say what they can offer. Female staff is better than males, at one time one of them offered me a grilled cheese sandwich overnight . Although I can see why they wouldn't serve sandwiches at night but what about bagels? every Tim Hortons that is operating around-the-clock has bagels at minimum. Their shelf was completely empty, so why is their a staff member if they are not even baking. it is on a Esso and not even busy overnight so least they can serve bagels. Not happy at all , never going back there although I work overnight nearby everyday .

If you're buying gas at Esso and don't want to go anywhere else, this will do in a pinch. Small, take-out only, low inventory. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.
