I am not Tim Hortons fan but I tried that day first Tim Horton first time and the experience was not excellent but good, I liked the coffee and their service after all.
Unfortunately everytime I go inside this time Hortons I'm astonished that the cashiers are more rude than the time before. Most of my money is now spent at Starbucks as they are very friendly. Tonight went in and order sandwich combo, sandwich, drink , donut. I recieved the drink and donut. I was the only paying customer in there. I waited for my sandwich. I eventually asked about my sandwich as she was just staring at the homeless ppl that smelled so awful. She told me that I didn't order combo. I said politely over and over again maybe she didn't hear me but I would like it and will pay whatever was remaining balance she refused to even even ring it up again she said no you said you didn't want anything else . I just left. One step out of the store and the whole ice cap cup broke open all down my arm all over my dog as she told me there was no lid fitting after. If she would have just let me know that then I would have been more careful and not have an app. With dog groomer tomorrow to get syrup out of my dogs furr that I try scrubbing and had to cutt out.I understand that control all of the homeless people outside I don't even mind that so much but just cashier tonight was ridiculous now the boy that was working he's always great and efficient thx err

I went there for coffee during my work break and restaurant was very busy with a huge cue until the door. As i was already on break and decided to ask one of the crew members, the girl named (Amar) if she could help me on another till, i know the time was so late around 10-10:30pm and usually one side of the restaurant gets closed on that time for loss prevention reasons. Anyways, she understood my situation and treated me well. I would absolutely like to thanks her for the service. I would definitely like to expect such kind of service further too.ThanksDilpreet✍?

A little grungy especially given the neighborhood. Having said that it's a relief to get reasonable prices for coffee in that area. If you like tin Hortons it's the perfect place to go for coffee l, wouldn't be my first choice for a place to go study or work at.

Neither ordering kiosk worked. They don’t have recycling or compost bins! The icing on the cake is the people loitering inside asking for change and to use the customer washrooms.
