Asked for a dark roast and after 5 minutes got regular roast and the person behind the counter confirmed it's a dark roast while pouring the original roast in front of me. Rather than confronting I calmly exited the store. I am not sure who the manager is but please tell the staff to be honest and mindful because somebody is paying their hard earned money to get the coffee they want.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service is honestly the worst I’ve seen. The staff didn’t seem to know how to speak to customers, and even the manager needs to seriously work on their staff to improve communication skills and tell them basic human politeness.
I simply asked to redeem my points — something that works easily at other locations — and the staff had no idea how to respond. It was frustrating and unprofessional.
Date & Time: November 20,2025 around 7:45 PM. The two girls serving at that time clearly had no training or understanding of basic customer service
I have overheard from my friends about horrible customer service experiences at this place but ever imagined would happened with me.
I hope this reaches out to owner of this location. I have already filled out the customer guest form.

There is a homeless person constantly hovering around this location. I feel bad for his circumstance and i do not mean to discriminate against him, but his smell makes me hesitate to eat there. I even saw human feces outside between RBC and Tim Hortons. Please do something about this as I no longer feel safe to visit.

Walked in, saw an employee take a $10 dollar bill, give the person change, then walk over and put two donuts in a bag….. no gloves, no washing hands, nothing.
