I ordered a large RH cold brew with expresso foam but recieved a very creamy coffee with melted iced and no roasted hazelnut syrup and no expresso foam. The front counter explained that they are out of expresso foam (and that is understandable, upon receiving the order) but I think my order was just grabbed from an unclaimed Mobile orders. I tried to change my order, but she begun to be busy again. Just soo saad :(

Amazing experience at Tim Hortons! The staff were super friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared perfectly. The coffee was fresh and delicious as always, and the donuts were soft and tasty. Staff was friendly, especially our server who ‘s name was also Harman was very attentive. The only downside was the wait time it was bit longer but the food made up for it

I don’t understand why they do not have dine in cups and plates. On one side people are encouraged not to use single use cups and they do not have dine in crockery.
