Absolutely disgusting coffee. Really disappointed in the service, they forgot my order then was rude when I pointed it out. Basically 4 people standing around doing nothing. Really poor food handling procedures. I wouldn’t recommend eating anything they touch. Tim Hortons has really gone down hill. Gross.

I got potato wedges and they were literally frozen in the middle and ineatible. The ranch dip for them was $1 extra as well.

Customer service was really bad. There was a girl named Ramanpreet at the counter she has really bad attitude towards customer she did not understand the order and punched wrong drink when I repeated she gave very bad attitude. Management should see how there employees are standing at counter. The way she was dealing with all other customers was so unprofessional. I wasted my money and got wrong drink.
Stood waiting ten minutes to order a single donut and had to leave with nothing because no one came. This was at 10:15am.

The staff working at this location (590 Beatty Street, Vancouver) are so hard working and super friendly, always trying to accommodate the requests from customers. This is such a convenient location for those of us commuting to work. Wish they can expand this location so they can provide more for the customers, especially during the morning rush hours. thank you!!
