I don’t think this coffee suits me at all. the taste of it is not good, i try to ask for some recomendation but i think the staff is in hurry. will try to order drink next time.

I bought a small fv here and that girl NAV (in her nameplate) shes one of the employee is soooo RUDE. SHE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT REALLY WELCOMING AT ALL. I was waiting for my fv but she accused me that i already got my order when infact I was just standing there for too long and waiting for my order. Shes not attentive at all. They are not organize and that girl did not even apologize. LOL NEVER AGAIN

The service is slow and the coffee doesn’t taste the same as compared to the other tim hortons outlets. I take tims from pitt meadows all the time and their coffee tastes so good and from stadium-chinatown it just tastes like water.

The employee was serving the food to the people who order after me and I waited for around 10-12 mins, and I don’t think she even saw my order as I reminded her, afterwards she told me to wait for 5 mins. Frustrated in morning and left the order with them.

Hi,There is a sweet girl name Navneet. Today I bought something .And at that time I looked how she was working alone and managed all the work very efficiently.She also talk very politely to everyone . I am damn sure tim hortons never dissatisfied such employees!!

I normally really don’t like writing negative reviews , I’m all about the positivity and promoting the good stuff. But unfortunately I cannot say that about this Tim Hortans and I need to spread awareness about how poorly operated this Tim Hortons is and how it is completely dysfunctional and has no structure , organization and accountability.I was there yesterday February 8th at 10:59am and was really excited to get lunch as I passed an exam for my career and finished a doctors appointment. When I ordered lunch I ordered the BBQ Chicken. When I took my order they said they only had slow cooked chicken, but truth to be told , they didn’t even have slow cooked chicken .In their cooking station it was completely empty , there were no potato wedges , no chicken , no soup . The entire station was empty , the staff ( 3 of them 2 girls and a tall guy ) they were literally all checking the drawers over and over again all 3 of them as if food was just going to magically appear when it was obviously in the back , they were not communicating with each other and were literally running around like the place was on fire when there was literally no line it was just me and another couple plus a few single persons .They were not communicating with each other , 3 people were literally doing the same task ( making coffee , organizing the food station , making bagels taking orders etc ). There wasn’t even a manager on duty to help supervise the workers and keep them inline , organized , have proper structure and have proper work tasks assigned instead of having 3 clearly inexperienced workers who I get it , need to make money to support their families but there needs to be initiative taken on the owners end and Tim Hortons so they don’t lose customers.After standing for 10 minutes , I asked how much longer it would be and was staying patient , the girl I asked had absolutely no idea so ran over to the other girl and asked her and she clearly had no idea so made up an answer and said “Like 4-5 minutes “.I will certainly not be going to this Tim Hortons anytime soon and would recommend for loyal and paying customers to take their hard earned money elsewhere.Not impressed at all and well worthy of 0 Stars

I don’t know. I am obsessed with TimHortons lately. This place is really good specially the staff such as Aman and Komal. Both of them are really helpful. Kind and generous. I really love visiting here.

Always has been and always will be the worst location in existence. Today I saw the tablet on the food prep counter and it just crossed a line for meAlso would be nice if they actually let you scan your rewards catd. They prompt you for debit before you’re even done speaking so they can push you away faster.

When I line up to buy a $25 gift card. I’m so pissed. ? The cashier was so lazy and she didn’t even wanted to count all my coins. I give her $20 bill, 2 toonies and 4 quarters. She said this isn’t enough. Like girl go back to school and learn your math!!
