This is one of the slowest restaurants ever. Went in around 4pm on a Saturday and used a kiosk. Wanted to try a bowl since the commercials made them sound yummy. Went through the process to order a steak bowl only for it to tell me it wasn't available. Ordered the other bowl and a frozen strawberry lemonade. Kiosk didn't give a receipt or number. Watched the screen waiting for my name which never showed. After waiting for 10 mins, hear my name only for the girl to tell me they didn't have strawberry and could only make a regular frozen lemonade. That's all she says, no alternatives or suggestions for other drinks or anything else. She just stands there waiting for me to decide what to do. I just tell her fine, I'll go with a regular one (no idea if there's a price difference since she didn't say). Finally get my drink, then bowl a few minutes later. Took over 15 mins to get my two items :( Bowl wasn't all that, at least I don't have to go there again.

Efficient service. For the small visit I had, a good standard of Tims. Moderately busy on a Tuesday rainy day. Drinks were nice and hot. They've got some charging outlets in a corner as well.

Service is very very bad. Tables are dirty, and nobody went clean. I asked the Filipino lady for napkins to clean table, she pretend didn’t hear me for two times, the third time she look at me, said: it’s there. She asked me to go around to another counter to get napkins instead of the ones just in front of her. While I’m cleaning my table, she yelled an order, a boy went there she said “ I’ve been calling twice “. The boy was shocked. I mean, this is your job to call the order, why complain about your customer? The manager should know about this lady and let her know this is very very impolite.

Came in and made an order. I stood and waited while 8 people got served before me and the girl comes up and asks what I ordered and I was like seriously?! While her and 2 others were standing there talking. Never coming to this location again. Then given an attitude by two of them in case the manager sees this this happened December 23, 2023 at 6:15 PM

Worst staff at this place. No warmth, rude on your face. Especially for Indian/Punjabi origin Women name Bram who claimed to be Tim Hortons Supervisor.
The food was good but the space for sitting is limited and there is a lot of people coming and going. When I came I used the kiosks but they didn´t issued me my ticket and my order didn´t appeared on the screen so I had to guess when it was ready. I wanted to use the bathroom but it was either always occupied or I couldn´t open the door. Other than that is a good place to catch a quick coffee.

I have a roll up the rim “win a free coffee/latte” strip from a cup that I’ve saved and never used because COVID happened. Now your restaurant is not willing to honour my win. That’s extremely frustrating as we buy Tim’s gift cards for family, friends and teachers all the time… and you guys won’t honour a basic coffee win??That’s the saddest customer service I’ve ever experienced… please go learn from the other corporations… they will always honour what they say.

Very convenient location. I come here often. The employees here are polite and efficient; however dining area is not really clean. I wouldn't meet a friend here, but it is usually fine for a quick bite by myself.
