Very dirty seating area. Food and garbage on floor. Tables are not wiped down. Limited selection of pastries. So so service.

i came on a weekday and it was very calm inside and the workers were friendly. the food was good too!
The service was good, even very good, because they gave us croissants with napkins nicely packed in a bag. But one chair was broken, so I’m giving it four stars

Hi , bad experience today at 8 : 20 pm i asked for veggie bowl and also specially mention that i am vegertrains still the men employee making the chiken wrap and bowl together with same gloves and also front of me .
Why would you serve the customer half eaten donut and give us the one that we didn't order for? Is it so hard to give 10timbits order properly? We asked for SOUR CREAM GLAZED NOT random fried non tasteless thingy. This is so stupid

Spent $ 30 on food for a family of three this morning and did not get a receipt and then got charged for something I did not order and then they credited it and then charged me again....I do not think they have a clue of what they are doing....I would rather go to Starbucks (an American company) and spend more than go to Tim Hortons, which I think is still Canadian as I am told it is owned by Americans even though there are maple leafs all over...The staff should check the orders with customers before screwing up and provide a receipt so we can see what nonsense is going on behind the tills...If we decline the receipt, then so be it but don't assume and throw away the receipt especially when you screw up the order...If you don't have a product, tell us and don't take our order and make us pay and then say you don't have a product...Why not check first, again assuming you have stuff ? Just like assuming I did not need the receipt...

Coffee manages to taste consistently aweful, tastes burnt and like they dipped heavy metal in it.
