But then she go on talking to other coworker saying his name sounds like a kids song or something and start saying my name in insulting ways, while I'm still there. What is that supposed to be, other's culture is ur sources of humor!?

The staff if so rude towards the customers. The Indian girl who took my order basically didn’t want to take my order . I went around 12:30 and their breakfast was all over and then i order chicken wrap she made a face like she doesn’t want to make it . It was so rude then i specifically asked for fresh tea and she was like it is fresh one . But when i came outside it was like its been lying from so long was very cold and tasteless. Will never visit again . Management should take care of these things so seriously

Ordered the Mama Burger combo with fries and Coke. Burger was juicy, fries were crispy, and everything came out hot. Solid experience.

The. staff is so stupid and ignorant towards the customers Teach your foolish staff to pay attention to what customers want with their food. They just bake goods irrespective of what customers requests are. I literally had to wait for 5 minutes to ketchup with my wedges which was already included in the order. Such a disgusting staff and service. Nevet visiting again.
It's the most efficient Tim, hands down, and yet it's neglected. Its floor has been really dirty for about a year, and the last time I noticed foul smell. That is food safety concern too. Come on, guys, bleach is the cheapest thing in Canada, you should have deep cleaning every month at least. Four stars to the team, zero stars to the management :-p

Sunday service at 8:30am absolutely horrible. The girl with glasses making the breakfast wrap interacts poorly and rudely with customers - and she doesn’t even realize it. Customer service is not for everyone and certainly not for her. She needs a warehouse job. Weekday morning staff is amazing!
