Today, i went to that location around 11AM and Filipino lady who took my order started laughing at me because of my accent, i felt so embarrassed. I didn't expect that kind of behavior and now onwards i will not visit that location because of this incident and whenever i went there that store not even smells good.

I am extremely disappointed that one employee name “JaJa” had argument with me regarding survey, I ask for hot drink with my survey but she refused and said to provide her the receipt but there is not any such kind of policy to provide that receipt but still she was keep arguing with me, and the behaviour she had with was so terrible. I think you guys need to take action against her behaviour, so, she does not behave like that with other customers which makes the Tim Hortons reputation down.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons . The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and rude, which is unacceptable in a customer service environment. When I placed my order, I was met with impatience and dismissive attitudes, as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.

To make matters worse, when I politely pointed out an error in my order, instead of resolving it promptly, the staff member rolled their eyes and argued with me. Such behavior not only ruins the experience but also tarnishes Tim Hortons’ reputation for being a friendly and welcoming place.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper training for their employees. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, no matter how busy the store might be.

I visited this Tim Hortons location at 607 Dunsmuir Street, and I was thoroughly disappointed with both the customer service and the lack of staff training in every visit. I initially ordered a white hot chocolate, only to be told they didn't have it. No problem, I asked for a Nutella latte instead, but the staff charged me for a mocha latte instead. It was clear that they didn’t know how to properly input orders into the system.

When I finally received my drink, it was far below the standard I expect from Tim Hortons. There was no whipped topping, and when I asked about it, the staff responded rudely. They eventually added the topping, but still, there was no Nutella on top, even though I had paid extra for it.

This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable brand like Tim Hortons. Poorly trained staff, incorrect orders, and rude customer service – it’s truly disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon....

My chicken sandwich was worse food I ever had. Sandwich tastes like I am eating cardboard. Chicken strips were eating rubber. Staff didn’t know how to greet customers or serve the food. One of their employee just threw my sandwich on the table. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone.
