Doesn't open till after 8am supposed to be open at 8am the restraunt is dark and dirty and stinks like urine the windows are disgusting this restaurant needs to be cleaned so bad all the other Tim Hortons I have been to are clean why isn't this one

I bought a couple breakfast sets for two of my international friends, the experience was not the best.Outside and inside smelled of urine. Interior had trash left on top of many tables, some seats were covered in trash.They have many staff working here, surely sending one out to tidy up the tables should be possible.The bacon muffins were severely disappointing. Each muffin had a single piece of bacon... on the plus side the hashbrowns were fresh!Coffee tasted fresh (it was busy so I guess that's a given) and the latte was light but still good. I personally had the ice cap, while it tasted good, the ratio of ice and cappucino seems to be different from other Tim horton's locations as it was more flakey slush.Service was fine.

I ordered one Ice cappI forgot tap timhorton memberships, asked tap but casher reply you can only tap before purchase.I know can redo cancel and purchase again. She really looks lazy and she doesn’t wanna do any effort.I got ice capp with little bit disappointingAnd the most make me angry part is it was sour. There must something wrong with ingredients or machine. I just throw whole the ice capp in the garbage bag after I one sip.Please do not visit this location.There is really unkind casher, and also didnt check machines well

I've been ordering food on behalf of my boss and coworkers here for quite a few years.Drinks are made well most of the time, sometimes the cup is 3/4 full. Not too many complaints here but the lack of consistency in filling the drink.Anything BACON related, this plaec will skimp out on. Bacon english muffin? BLT? BELT? They'll rip tear a single piece of bacon in half or smaller pieces and line up the bagels or the muffin and call it a day. This also occurs in the hudson mall timmies in Granville station. I think its owned by the same owner.The eldest manager here is amazing, I've known for a long time and shes the only reason why I still visit this place.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It’s close to my work so I’ve given it another shot a couple times and now will never go back. It’s the absolute worst Tim Hortons there is. Horrible service, employees clearly have zero training with the Tim Hortons app as each time something happens there that takes so long. Employees are extremely rude and seem to be absolutely careless for someone who works in customer service. Never go here here! Complete waste of time

The staff is very rude i was here at 1 pm she was not answering properly i ordered 2 spicy habinaro veggie wrap i want to make sure it was veggie or not and i asked to her and her reply was very annoying she said you didn't listen. I will never be here again
