No free parking - $2.50 ($3.26 tax) an hour for parking, for a $2 cup or coffee? I should switch but like Tim’s enough. Now is a line with 6 people and going slow. Seems to be issue at the last two Tim’s I go to. Other than the Coquitlam drive through was good. Issue with online order management?

The worst customer service EVER! It was a terrible experience. I explained, when I was ordering that I had never been to resteraunt before OR to this country, so I was unsure what to order. The female behind the counter walked away. Another female walked over took my order. I asked about tea. She rambled off a lists of tea very quietly and annoyed that I asked what kind of tea they had. I recognized chi, so i ordered that. Not knowing it would be a tea bag. She walked away ans came back and told me to put my card in. There was literally no one else ordering. She walked away and never gave me my receipt.She said quietly roast beef. I picked it up. I sat quietly, tired and hungry and realized my fries were cold. The tea too hot to drink or to even hold.I wasn't gonna say anything. The male came to the register. I told him about the fries. He said ok. I asked for a cup of ice for the tea and for ranch dressing for the fries. He just started ringing things up. I said, if ranch is not a dipping option please give me ketsup unless that costs. I went to give him a quarter, because I was not going to charge ten cents to my card. He said no. I did understand it was a different currency. So I'll just drink my tea way later. the roast beef had more bread then meat.I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST PPL COME HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL.Parking: It was awful!

The “updated holiday hours” on google maps where wrong, the app allowed me to order and then when I went all the way here to get my food after working all night I didn’t get it and the staff refused to even refund me.
Christmas Eve, want to order food and enjoy the time here. But the staffer says both bathrooms are CLOSED. What an embarrassment, Tim Hortons!Food service places are supposed to have facilities available for customer use.

ordered a medium chi tea latte brought it to my seat then remembered I didn’t ask for lactose free milk. Walked back to the counter and asked if they can remake it? the lady was trying to recharge me for a whole new one.. pretty annoyed so i just walked over to Starbucks where i should have went to begin with.
