Service is so inattentive at this location… there weren’t that many people when I came in (school was out of session), and they completely forgot about the coffee I ordered. When I asked (very politely) about my order, they laughed in my face and ignored me. I eventually got it, but left feeling very confused.

The nicest TH I visited. It still has its typical fast food look but due to wall decorations and pictures it feels a bit more cozy.
Coffee and brownie ~ good as always!
Yesterday I wanted to support other local café.. I walked a few miles to get there but left unsatisfied. Coffee and cookie very average. Honestly nothing special to choose from. In Tims you at least know the quality you're getting and there's a variety of goods. Thanks!

While I understand that this location gets busy, the service is particularly slow here compared to others on campus. The staff have been unfriendly on a number of occasions. There has been a slight improvement this year.

Horrible approach to allergies.
I went to this Tim’s to buy lunch. A child under my care has a serious egg allergy and I informed the staff about this, I asked if they could make a wrap with no egg/mayonaise. The staff said this would not be possible as the meals are pre-prepared. This was understandable and often occurs in fast-food establishments. However when I asked if anything on the menu was egg allergy’s safe I was told no, that everything on the menu contained egg and that it would not be possible for my child to eat anything. The staff member then told me ‘this is not an organic store we cannot do gluten-free’, clearly trying to mock and make a joke out of a life threatening allergy.
I have never encountered such ignorance around allergies in a food establishment, and I am shocked and disgusted that a staff member would make a joke about a potentially fatal allergy.
Please train your staff on basic human decency, no one should be allowed to work in a food establishment without understanding the seriousness of allergies.

Very slow and inefficient service. Be prepared to wait, even for a simple order when the line up is short. Food quality is typical Tim Hortons - not great, not bad, and relatively cheap.

Both 2 staff members had a bad attitude, they either ignored customers or were impatient. The food was good though. There were little people in store

It’s on the UBC campus so it’s pretty chill most of the time.

It's a Tim Hortons, but with terrible acoustics and louder music.
