Just went there today, ordered two garlic breads, waited at least 20 minutes just to recieve a random "pastery". I know it was busy but you had one job. The lady also just disregarded my comment and told me there's nothing they can do. Why would I order there and waste my time and money just to get something I don't want? I don't want to be a karen or something but this needs to be fixed before I feel comfortable ordering again.

I had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons. My friend took literally three ketchup packets for her beef cravable, and the employee immediately got upset and scolded my friend as if she had done something wrong. It was super uncomfortable and completely unnecessary, it's just ketchup!!

This is one of the newest on the campus and as you can expect it is still very slow service, they seem to have quite a few people working but they all seem to move in slow motion. Nice clean restaurant but still disappointing service. But pretty typical for Timmy’s these days

This has to be the slowest Timmies I have ever been to, time and time again. Staff have zero motivation to speed things up. Surprising though as there are always at least 6 people working but only ever 1 (occasionally) at the till.

This place is extremely understaffed. The staff always ignore mobile orders (because they are really busy with other orders due to the severe understaffing).
I went to this place about five times, every time I waited about half an hour just to get a black coffee or a wrap.
I had the worst wrap/burrito in my life in this place. I don't know who prepared it for me but it was very loose and there was barely any ingredients inside. Compared to the burrito in the Tim Hortons in David Lam, the one here had only around half the volume. Very disappointing.
Also I don't know if this is normal but my boston cream donut was sour???
To the managers: please hire more staff and improve your mobile system. People who make mobile orders are also your clients, so stop neglecting them. I kid you not the workers act as if mobile orders don't even exist. I guess it's not really their fault since they are already busy, so please just hire more people.

Why are we charged for single use cup fee at UBC Tims? I checked other stores and found that only stores at UBC request this fee.

By far, the worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited. And I've visited a lot of Tim Hortons 🇨🇦. Tell me why it takes 15 something minutes for a 10 pack of Timbits and a wrap? Unreal! After waiting patiently, I finally address the fact that I still haven't received my food, and the staff member hardly even acknowledges me (she pretty much ignored me, I think I maybe got a slight grunt of recognition). I'm not some kind of a Karen either, because I politely notified her that I had been waiting for 15 minutes for my food. They need better management because there is absolutely 0 communication between employees, turns out my food was done and had just been sitting next to the sandwich station for 5+ minutes. Will NOT return to Tim Hortons.
