Blueberry muffin is pretty good but the donut is very sweet. Would not get the donut again.

Today I went to the Tim Hortons at UBC and ordered an extra-large Triple Triple, which I order regularly because it’s my favorite coffee.
I was shocked to see that I was charged an extra 25 cents just for the cup. Yes, it’s “only” 25 cents—but this is a UNIVERSITY, where students already struggle with high tuition, rent, and living costs, and many of them buy multiple coffees every single day.
Instead of supporting students—the future of Canada—you are nickel-and-diming them over coffee cups. This is nothing but greedy and disrespectful, especially at a campus like UBC.
Absolutely unacceptable. I will be posting this experience publicly in a Google review.

Asian guy who doesn't make eye contact never calls out your order and puts them on the side even though he knows you are waiting for the food and he's knows it's your number.
Not expecting much. Just employees to do their basic duties by calling out the number as food gets ready. Seems like it's too much work for him.

It’s remarkable how such a strong business opportunity is being wasted. Customers are literally lined up, ready to spend money, while employees walk around without taking orders. One employee even tried to brew fresh tea on top of old tea, which was genuinely alarming. At that point, it’s hard not to question whether they should be handling food at all. I truly feel for the owner. Ignore their responses. I dont think there is even an owner there they just keep dumping garbage contact tims hortons customer service bs...

DO NOT go to this place in the morning unless you really have to. They take at least half an hour to get your stuff ready even where there is barely any waiting before you. There’s also a guy working in the morning every Wednesday and he does not keep on track of the food being ready. The food is just tossed on the side unless you actually ask for it. You doubt me? Go there and find out yourself and see if I’m lying or not. By the way, I even ordered the food half an hour before getting there. Go to the one nearby tripleO if you’re an ubc student. There are plenty of timmys around the campus.

Just ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Sausage and egg barely warm and the biscuit actually cold. Cheese didn’t even start to melt. Not like other Tim Horton’s off campus. Why is it so much worse?
I left my receipt on the counter but it was order 244 today, December 8.

0 stars if possible, I waited over close to 30 minutes for a tea.
Very slow service, have to wait in line for 20 minutes for my order. Only 1 cashier working most of the time. It should have 3 or 4 cashiers considering the sales volume it has. The worst Tim Hortons I've been to, seriously. Staff not trained to be efficient at all.

Ordered a medium black coffee with 1/4 white hot chocolate and a singular timbit. The employee seemed to be fairly new as they didn't punch in the white hot chocolate part and didn't know which timbit was old fashioned glazed, nevertheless I had plenty of time for them to correct the order. My concern was the employee at the till was coughing into their hands and out into the air without covering their mouth and then proceeded to grab my timbit with their bare hands and NOT washing their hands. I will not return.
Update: I was contacted by Tim Hortons HQ Customer Care 4 weeks ago tomorrow stating they take these matters seriously and have escalated the issue to the store manager to follow up with me. 4 weeks have passed and no one has contacted me.
