Went here at 7:35 Pm they closed girls cleaning up door locked there new hours posted state 8 pm closed everyday. Very disappointed staff class early so they don’t need to stay. Why make your closing time 8 pm if your staff can’t serve customer till 8 pm ? Who ever manager or owner is off this store better talk to the team lead this shows very bad service and false closing time . See photo time stamp above .

I want to leave a compliment for the manager (I think it is Cheryl) and the staff of this location. The manager is always kind and cheerful to customers and it seems to me that she makes an effort to help and motivate staff in a positive way. I come to this location occasionally (it is near my office). This is a high traffic location with a very diverse customer base. I avoid traditional "break" times when the line up can get quite long (but that is to be expected). The quality of the food/beverage is consistent - you are getting what you expect at this Tim's.

It is my understanding that you haven’t ‘been’ to Canada if you haven’t visited a Tim Horton’s. So away I went to find one! 90 feet from my hotel in downtown Vancouver I found one! Located on Hornby St, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The bakery looked amazing so I made sure to get a hazelnut muffin and a London Fog latte. There were locals inside having their afternoon break and more people coming in when I departed. Super fun, iconic stop. I can now say I’ve been to Canada :)

This location always has a good selection of fresh baked goods, and a group of Filipino workers that are super friendly, fast and hard working, but some of the others are kind of slow. Also there's minor concerns with the homeless coming into the store of this Tim

This location is a hit and miss. Today the customer service was bad. The cashier walks away when I told her I was paying with debit, she comes back and asked me again how I wanted to pay. Way too much attitude from someone making a double-double. Should I tell you how it went I got a bagel once?Plus they play the music as LOUD as a club, never turn it down. Can’t really sit down and enjoy a coffee or chat with a friend.

I recommend the chocolate with cream, very tasty, I also recommend the donuts, especially the ones filled with pastry cream, you can eat the ham "baguet", very good and enough to satisfy your hunger.
