I ordered a sausage muffin + hash brown with an iced latte, but they never gave me the hash brown. I mentioned it several times, but all staffs completely ignored me. This is unacceptable service. If customers are paying for food, they deserve to receive what they ordered and at least be treated with basic respect. I will not be coming back to this location.

Waited 15 mins for a cappuccino (0845-0900). Staff keep passing me off to other staff saying its coming, when I told them I had to leave for a meeting. Appeared to prioritize the register over fulfilling orders. Not a great transaction.
