The lady at front said she don't have anything except hot chocolate as she is closing in 5 minutes. However, the Tim at 1130 West Pender closes at 3pm and i went there by 2:40pm to get steep tea. The worst experience. I know that you have to go home and finish up everything but it doesn't make sense that you are not serving the customer even if there is 20 mints left to close. Very Bad service.

Today my first bad or worsted experience for Tim Horton which feels me low when I ordered ice cap to that girl ( she is there always ) and she speaks such a rude manner and seeing me like I did mistake by visiting there I recommend to the owner of that Franchise please take any action this is not fair to treat like this . I have never been treated so rudely at a TH, we all know Tim’s service is getting worse every day, but this lady took it to the next level. Take your EarPods out and treat people with some dignity and respect. BTW Tim’s isn’t good it’s convenient.

I'm not one of those that needs a fancy coffee house in the morning. And nothing make me happier than walking out my hotel and seeing a Tim Horton's. This one off of Howe St in downtown definitely fit the bill. Excellent customer service. Clean tables. Delicious original blend coffee donut and breakfast sandwich. All at an affordable price.

Good Location Staff are nice and efficient. Location is clean. Food items always available. Seems to be well managed. Washrooms available. Overall, good experience at this location. If you're heading to a Tim's this is one of the good ones in downtown.
