Everything is worse, including lazy staff and management too. Taking a lot of time and charging extra for items.
Incompetent.
They messed our order.
Poor service you ask for milk and they give you cream and then say no it's milk. There's a huge difference between these two items. Someone can be allergic to things as well if you don't have it say no which far better than saying yes and not Giving the exact thing.
Amazing coffee and donuts
Almost nothing available for food
The lady that makes the food, I think her name is Malloy, is a rockstar. Very good at her job and courteous to customers. Amazing!

Zero customer service , always giving wrong orders. They won’t even reply to your hello/hi always grumpy.

There were two people working November 9 around 6:30 am . The young lady was passing comment to male employee in her language I was unable to understand but she was looking horribly at me . zero customer service, very rude and racist staff.

My intention for this review is for them to improve.
Their ice cup tasted so bad, like it’s been kept for ages. This is the second time same experience here. So disappointed, I had to throw it away! Wasted my money! Personally wouldn’t buy iced cup here again. Taste spoiled and like old beer. ?
