There are no working washrooms on the location. Old Lady(Luzz) was so rude that she wasn't sorry for the broken washrooms.

I went to tim hortons this morning and came from my work was very tired and placed my regular order the same order which i usually order and paid the same amount i usually pay but the person was taking my order she make me wrong order and when i confront her she said i was wrong i gave wrong order but the order i gave it is my regular order , me and my friend went to them she was so rude very rude i have not seen that rude customer service anywhere and when we try to resolve that they can make me my order again , she was rude to me and told me that she is working for 15 years but i was still polite with her i went so many places acoss canada i never seen anything like that and it was felt like racism towards me .

Reckless staff working here. The employee mistakenly threw the dip on floor and didn’t bother to garbage and serve immediately that even tho I was standing straight in front of her. She had no clue how to serve customer she was soo rude “what you want” in such a harsh tone to one of the customers. I was stunned. Straight after serving customer the food she went to use her phone. Why are you here? You should have stayed home and used your phone there, wasting others spot. Such low standards at Tim’s didn’t expect.

Waited 15 minutes plus for my order of an iced coffee and iced cap. They took so long, 2 of the workers were just standing there and one of them was too busy staring. They took so long and then gave me the wrong drink and the iced cap tasted horrendous. NEVER go here, especially during your lunch break.

WORST TIM HORTONS LOCATIONS EVER - MESSED UP THE ORDER AND THE DRINKS TASTED SO BAD LIKE THE MACHINES HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEANED. Stay away from this location

Terrible. Only 1 staff serving more than 20 ppl. Waited 20 min in line and gave up.

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but my experience at this location was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the service was very poor. I felt unwelcome as a customer, and my order was not handled properly. I hope management can improve training and customer service at this store, because right now it does not reflect the Tim Hortons standard.

Its good enough, I guess... never made me sick. But also, WHY do they give the option of soy milk... only to then say they dont have soy after you've been waiting.

Stop supporting companies that don't hire Canadians.

I know is alway busy here. My iced latte was poorly made. I don't blame the workers there. They should put more workers on. Just disappointed!
