The lady that makes the food, I think her name is Malloy, is a rockstar. Very good at her job and courteous to customers. Amazing!

Zero customer service , always giving wrong orders. They won’t even reply to your hello/hi always grumpy.

There were two people working November 9 around 6:30 am . The young lady was passing comment to male employee in her language I was unable to understand but she was looking horribly at me . zero customer service, very rude and racist staff.
Trash and dirty
My intention for this review is for them to improve.
Their ice cup tasted so bad, like it’s been kept for ages. This is the second time same experience here. So disappointed, I had to throw it away! Wasted my money! Personally wouldn’t buy iced cup here again. Taste spoiled and like old beer. ?

I ordered ice coffee with no sugar and got ice coffee with sugar, my friend ordered ice coffee and got hot coffee, is it that hard to listen to the customer

Service is fast and staff very friendly.
However, today was the second time in less than a week that my Turkey Club was made with stale (probably at least 2 days old) bread.
For such a busy location, this should not be an issue. It's bad enough to stop going for my lunches here.

Response to owner : The person serving was sneezing in food area and using same hands to handover food like picking donuts and coffee. Leave washing, not even sanitized hands. No face mask and nothing. That was horrible.
