I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but my experience at this location was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the service was very poor. I felt unwelcome as a customer, and my order was not handled properly. I hope management can improve training and customer service at this store, because right now it does not reflect the Tim Hortons standard.

I usually visit this location for my morning coffee almost every other day and have generally had a good experience. However, today was disappointing. I ordered a cold beverage and when it was delivered, I politely asked a crew member for a straw, but she seemed busy, which I completely understand.

What was frustrating was the interaction with another staff member standing at the mobile pickup area. I asked her for a straw, and instead of helping, she rudely told me to “ask someone else,” even though the straw box was right in front of her. It felt unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful.

I then had to wait in a long line at the cashier just to get a straw. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service experience at this location. A small gesture of kindness can go a long way.

I came here with my friend on july 9, Wednesday around 7:50 pm and the girl there was so rude. She don’t know how to talk with customers. She was shouting on us when we asked for our order. She was showing some unnecessary attitude. Also the oreo ice capp we asked for was way too sweet. I would say the worst experience and i will never visit there again.
