Mobile ordered my coffee like 10 minutes before getting there, and they were only just starting to brew the fresh pot for it my coffee. I had somewhere to be so I couldn't wait around for it.

I had to repeat myself three times and then I was told that you can’t order a turkey bacon club sandwich before 9 AM which I have never experienced at any Tim Hortons in my life… these places are going downhill every day

The woman at the front counter wearing glasses was not very friendly. As a first-time customer, I just asked for clarification about the ingredients, but she sounded impatient and raised her voice. It was an unpleasant experience. The food was fine, but the service was terrible.

I ordered a pumpkin latte with whip cream. I left and jumped in my car and realized there was no whipped cream and it was cold as if the milk was not steamed. It was basically a non sweetened cold latte. I had to stop at another coffee shop to add sugar.I won't be going back.
