Obnoxious staff. Worst Tim Hortons, due to the staff, three ladies ignoring you shouting and laughing in Hindi whilst they are being paid to work.Three ladies working 28th March at 6pm need a performance review or secret shopper.

I watched one of the employees sneeze into their hands multiple times then return to handling the till and donuts without washing or using any sort of sanitizer.Additionally, there was a mix up where another customer took my sandwich by mistake and had opened its wrapper. After they got their correct sandwich I was told to take the one that had been opened. I communicated that I wasn't comfortable with this, but was shrugged off by the employee and told "I don't think they touched it" before walking away.The food I've had from here in the past is your average Tim Hortons fare these days - fine, and nothing more - but the practices I witnessed leave me wondering what else is overlooked in terms of health and safety.

Feb 12, 2024 we ordered four cilantro lime slow cooked chicken bowls with less sauce and it was made to perfection. The staff at this locale are professional, courteous, efficient, quick in processing our order every time and work so effectively as a team. We were so impressed the first time we set foot in this store and continue to be most impressed by the SUPER STAFF and EXCELLENT QUALITY OF FOOD AT SUCH A GREAT PRICE—unbeatable! Many thanks!!

Despite living only a few blocks away from this Tim Horton’s, love their donuts and their coffee, I just don’t go there.Service is a bit inconsistent and too often my online orders were missed.There’s an opportunity for management to be a bit more hands on and improve training for the service staff.Sometimes how staff treat customers is a symptom of how disengaged they are.
