I don’t want to sound negative, but service at Tim Hortons locations has been declining since 2022/23, with cold behavior from employees, speaking in their native language even when customers are present, and unprofessional, untrained staff. It’s getting worse with each passing day. :(
I ordered an Oreo Mocha Cappuccino today at this location, but the lady at the counter was so cold that she didn’t even respond to a simple “Hi” or “Hello” twice and just stared at me, waiting for me to place my order.
Now, about the Mocha Cappuccino—it was anything but an Oreo Mocha Cappuccino. It was just chocolate syrup stirred with vanilla added, tasting more like juice than what it was supposed to be.
Please train your employees. Disappointed :(
