Great service and friendly attitude! The girl name as “Simran” at this location of Tim Hortons was very polite, quick, and cheerful. She made my visit enjoyable — truly excellent customer service!
Be prepared for 4 staff to ignore you standing at the order counter for 3 minutes before even ordering a coffee. Then be prepared to wait for everyone else's sandwiches and the app-order walk ins to have their meals prepared before, you know, they pour a cup of coffee and hand it to you. Its not under-staffing this time, as is usually the case with Tim Horton's franchises. It's just a noticeable and repeated absence of customer-oriented focus.
