1★ – Money taken, no food, no help
I ordered from Tom Sushi through DoorDash (about $60). The order stayed stuck in the “preparation” stage the whole time, and was still showing as preparing almost 30 minutes past the expected delivery time.
Then it was suddenly cancelled with no explanation.
I ended up with no food and no refund. To make it worse, DoorDash support was not helpful at all in resolving the issue or getting my money back.
Overall, a terrible experience from both Tom Sushi and DoorDash. Money taken, nothing delivered, no accountability. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Such a positive experience! We were traveling with a 6 month old who was very fussy this day. The staff were so kind and reassuring, even trying to cheer him up. Our food was delicious - so so fresh, and the prices you cannot beat for this level of high quality sushi.

Food was good but the service was not. Servers were rude -- they took our plate and drinks without asking, kept checking on us (in a bad way, like rushing to get us out). All of us felt very uncomfortable staying there. Will never come again.
Foods are excellent and prices are medium. Services are excellent. Make sure you make reservations because this is a small place.

Finally got into this place because it’s always so busy! Had to wait maybe 20 mins even on off peak hours. Overall if you want a more premium experience, this place is great (although u could find great sushi at a lower price point). The blck dragon roll and deluxe hako aburi sushi were really good. Was pleasantly surprised by the crunchy tempura inside the aburi sushi. The red dynamite roll was just okay for me but my friend really liked it. Sashimi was great. Love the fatty tuna Service was excellent. Super quick and attentive. Minus points for the atmosphere because it is quite a small tight space, leading to long queues.

Absolutely amazing sushi! Every piece was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Beautiful presentation, delicious rolls, and great service. Easily one of the best sushi spots in town!
