The best fish and chips I've ever had. So light and delicious. Everyone was so happy and kind.

The food was delicious with good portions, but it’s a bit pricey. Unfortunately, the tall blonde lady wasn’t friendly and had an attitude, which took away from the experience.

We went on a weekend and was lucky to get seated before the rush started. Seemingly only one waitstaff but she was constantly moving, watchful for anyone trying to get her attention and turning tables efficiently. Had the seafood platter for two, delicious!

We waited until the lunch rush was over and were able to dine in. Service was friendly and quick. The cod was crispy and not too oily. Chips/fries were quite hot. Both the fish and chips could've used a bit more salt but not a major issue, can add it at the table and I'd rather it be under than over-salted. My favourite was the their house-made tartar sauce.

Small portions for the price you pay, but I guess since it’s located at the entrance of Granville Island, tourists are willing to pay a premium for some fresh local seafood.

We ordered the seafood platter and an extra fish which was expensive for the portion. Some of the seafood were heavily breaded and overcooked. The breaded oyster also tasted off. The usual coleslaw was basically just chopped lettuce. Their sauces also came in slightly bigger than usual paper containers that you normally get at fast food joints. Was disappointing having this seafood platter compared to what we had in the east coast. Being near the sea as well, we kind of expected better and fresher seafood.

$13 takeout order for bowl of clam chowder. Too much pepper, portion very small, barely any clams, and crackers were stale.

Won’t be back!

I was craving pan fried oysters and these were perfect. They were deep fried but not greasy. I had yam fries and Granville Island Pale Ale with them. The service was fast and friendly and it’s a fun atmosphere. Gets busy but turnover is pretty fast.

The waitress has sticky fingers. She added a tip for herself before handing over the credit/debit machine.

When I complained she initially denied it then admitted it. I guess this is to trick American diners. Avoid.

Food is overrated. We ordered scallops entree which said 10 pieces, but they were cut in half, so really only 5 for nearly $30. Meh at best.

Portions are shrinking by quite a bit but quality is still good, i would rather pay more and get more fish than pay same for less fish

Busy place for fish, chowder and oysters. The seats are limited. There is usually a wait. The food is average and pricey for the portion.

Kid-friendliness: Although it had a small space, it was lovely.
