Unreal experience! Thank you to our server, Arang, who went above and beyond to make our meal a 10/10 and helped navigate the menu for our baby. Super family friendly!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. Every dish we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We went there for dinner and this spot truly stands out for its excellent food and welcoming vibe. Highly recommended!
This was our second time here and with the 10 year anniversary of Torafuku we decided to have the Autumn tasting menu. Of the items on the tasting menu these were our favorites: Grilled caesar Bison carpaccio Steelhead trout and short rib entrees were both phenomenal Basque cheese cake (so smooth/creamy!) We also tried a variety of cocktails (all of which were incredibly crafted): Suntori Toki Old Fashioned O My Sake Matcha madness
We ordered the seven course anniversary menu, with wine pairing. It was a simply a marvellous meal. Every mouthful was delicious and the service was professional yet charming. The vibe is youthful and casual but not so noisy that you can't hear yourself talk. A great choice for people wanting a Michelin standard Asian inspired meal in a welcoming, relaxed setting.
Thank you for the great service, it was wonderful spending my friends birthdays with you folks!
We had a pleasant time, the service was good, the food was yummy. We didn't order a lot, mainly the happy hour, but we were full just out of the happy hour menu. Restaurant was clean, lighting was good, definitely bringing my other gangs over for future outings.
I asked for a piece of cake for my nephew birthday there wasn't any instead you gave a shooter 😏
My first time for lunch. The food was excellent and well presented. Highly recommend Torofuku for lunch.
Always a fabulous experience. From the warm and friendly staff, to the incredible food, drinks and cozy atmosphere, Torafuku has something for everyone. Great size portions, great money for value chefs tasting menu... you can't go wrong coming here. Highly recommend.

My favourite restaurant in Vancouver! Always an awesome experience here. It's easy to get a table and I never feel rushed. I've sat through lunch, happy hour and dinner a couple times before. You can't go wrong no matter what you get but you're missing out if you don't get a Greenlambo! The new tiki drink is phenomenal too
Came for their weekend brunch. Prawns Sando & Asian French Toast were really good! We were originally most excited to try the Steak & Egg we saw on a few Instagram reels from local foodies, but it wasn't anything special. It wasn't bad, just didn't stand out too much. There was also a lot more XO on the steak in the videos we saw on Instagram, which displayed a generous amount spanning the whole steak, whereas ours only felt like a sprinkle, only enough to kind of enjoy with 3-4 pieces of steak.
The dumplings are off the chart perfection after sampling thousands of dumplings. I'd have to say this is the clear winner!
This is my third time to Torafuko (twice in the last 2 months). The first two times I've been I had the tasting menu, this last time we ordered a la carte. The food is very good; the only thing that didn't appeal to me was the raw fish with curry sauce; it overpowered the dish. The service is good, wine knowledge could definitely be more extensive. Also, the wine list was out of several options and the list itself needs a much higher standard of presentation than being used. The paper was very tattered and in a binder sleeve, not the standard I'd expect with these prices. It can get quite noisy inside when the room is full; even with the textiles to absorb sound on the walls.
Went out for dinner and tried a few dishes, overall solid experience. The food came out super fast and our server was so sweet, which made everything better. The Kanpachi Crudo was the standout for me. It was super fresh and well-balanced, and the sauce it was sitting in was honestly unreal. The orange, radish and olives gave it the perfect bite and crunch. Such a light, beautiful addition to the meal. The Lotus Chips came in second for me - crispy, lightly glazed, and lowkey addictive. They had that perfect sweet-spicy thing going on without being greasy. I could've easily eaten a whole bowl to myself. The Crying Tiger Steak was good, just not amazing. The flavor was there and it was cooked alright, but it didn't wow me. The dipping sauce definitely made it amazing though. The Brussels Sprouts were probably my least favorite. Not bad, but a bit too saucy for my taste. Some of the pieces still had a good crisp, and the chickpeas were fun, but the sauce kind of overpowered everything.
