This is my third time to Torafuko (twice in the last 2 months). The first two times I've been I had the tasting menu, this last time we ordered a la carte. The food is very good; the only thing that didn't appeal to me was the raw fish with curry sauce; it overpowered the dish. The service is good, wine knowledge could definitely be more extensive. Went out for dinner and tried a few dishes, overall solid experience. The food came out super fast and our server was so sweet, which made everything better. The Kanpachi Crudo was the standout for me. It was super fresh and well-balanced, and the sauce it was sitting in was honestly unreal. Amazing food, beautifully plated, ample portions, with attentive service. Our server Miguel was so kind to our party, as we celebrated a special occasion and went out of his way to make it extra special. We had the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Each course was a delight. My favourite was the bison, which was melt in your mouth tender and incredibly flavourful. And the halibut curry was a close second. I would def go back.
